 + 0 moreOur water heater had a leak for a while and then suddenly stopped producing hot water. I called and he was there within 15 minutes. The hot water issue was an easy fix (just re-lit the pilot light) but the hot water pipe needed to be replaced in order to remedy the leak. The plumber (and his son - who also is a plumber and had shown up in the meantime) did not have the specific part, so they went to the nearest hardware store, bought it and came back. It took about an hour from arrival to departure. They were prompt, courteous and did a good job. I really needed someone to come quickly and they held true to their word and came almost immediately. I'd use them again.
Description of Work: Re-lit pilot light and replaced leaking pipe on water heater.

Description of Work: Name of company is Miser not Meiser. Called and Craig came out to fix our sump pump. Water had been standing for days and I thought that the pump would need replacing. Craig lifted the float and the water went down. He didn't even charge me for a service call and was here for approx. half hour. He said to give him a call if the pump stops working. Will certainly call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
