Martinez did a great job. The floors hadn't been done in about 30 years and he made them look fantastic-like new. He is very conscientious, professional and knowledgeable. I originally chose a stain color that turned out to be not as dark as I wanted-Martinez got a new stain and fixed the issue with no problem and no extra charge. He is a nice guy who clearly knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful. Mr. Martinez showed up with a crew and started working and completed the job in a week. Everyone was professional and courteous.

The job could not have gone better, I contacted him on a Sunday morning, and he gave me an estimate over the phone. The estimate included only the installation of the floor, and not the molding. I agreed that it was a good price, because I intended to install the molding myself. He came to look at the job and gave me an estimate of the time needed to do the job. He installed the floor in the time agreed, and at the exact price agreed. He seems to pride himself in excellent workmanship, he seems very honest and humble and I trusted him to take care of the house while I was gone. I dropped by from time to time and both he and his helper were always working and the job went smoothly. He finished installing the floor and then recommended the type of molding that would look good. I was considering installing the molding but decided that I should have him do it instead, he agreed and I gave him that job too. It looks beautiful and I got more than my money's worth on both jobs The initial job was $2100 for the floors, and $480 for the molding.

Mr. Martinez was punctual and professional. He has efficient equipment and know his business. He is thorough, friendly and flexible regarding changes. I recommend him highly.
