I've used Watkins a couple times and they're good. They get A's all the way across, they're good. They do a good job and everything was as it was supposed to be. Took a couple of hours. Communication was good. They just kind of got it done, nothing early.

They were very easy to schedule with. There were 2 employees that came out (Father and Son). They were extremely efficient. They showed up right on time. They gave me an estimate before they started the work, and the end cost matched the initial estimate. It took them about 2 hours to finish the job. They were very knowledgeable about the materials (Cleansers, equipment, etc.). They also used some very large fans to dry the carpet quickly. This was my first time using them, and would recommend them to anyone. I have had other carpet cleaners out here, and they were by far the best. It looks like they took 10 years worth of ware, and tear off the carpet!

I was really impressed. They lived up to the hype of their reviews. We had some really rainy season and pet traffic and he was able to clean everything!! He used a fan to dry each room as he finished and started on the next so by the time he was finished everything was dry I thought it was great and wondered why other companies don't do the same. He also upholstery and dried as well I was impressed from start to finish

Scott Watkins is simply the best! I actually found him in the Yellow Pages inasmuch as I wanted to keep my business local, but mostly because his prominent mention of pet stain removal caught my eye. He returned my call promptly and showed up on time, with his adult sons whom he was training. Scott is a really personable, enthusiastic professional who really cared about my carpet and exceeding my expectations. He is clearly conscious about the safety and efficacy of his methods and materials. And "get this"--he actually came back twice to work over a couple of areas that needed additional attention once the carpet had dried thoroughly (you pet owners know what I mean), and last but not least he and his sons wore shoe covers the whole time! That's almost never happened in the 45+ years I've employed carpet cleaners!

I'm so pleased with the service I received from Watkins. He came to clean the carpets of my mother in laws home and was very clear about the best way to proceed to remove the severe pet odor. He was clear and thorough about the process and honest about what we could expect . Also friendly and professional during the entire visit and finished earlier than I expected!!

Scott and his team were punctual and fantastic. Very fast hard working great price no hassle. They were in and out. Just bought this house and it was trashed. I thought no one could get this carpet clean and he made the off-white carpet with heavy paint, traffic, and grease and stains look like new. Highly recommend. Will call again. Great guy.
