They did a great job cleaning my carpeting and many small rugs. I was especially pleased that after cleaning my den carpet I decided that I didn't need to replace it after all! They also cleaned a loveseat for me gratis! Scott and his wife are a very hardworking and affable couple and I will definitely call upon them next time I need carpet cleaning! All A's for them!

I've been using them for more than 5 years, They are very polite and this company is the best than other. They are very respectful and trustworthy. They always come on time and very reliable. It cost $134 for for the 3 bedrooms and for the treatment.

Scott was extremely professional and did a wonderful job. I will be a regular customer. He took great care with everything. He moved furniture as needed. One of the chairs has never been cleaned-- I've probably had it over 30 years and I inherited it from a grad school friend. It now looks brand new. Pricing was fair and reasonable. This isn't a discount carpet cleaner where you get a discount job. You can book online and explain what you would like cleaned; that was the price I paid. Scott kept in contact with me and arrived right when he said he would. Definitely a winner!

They did a wonderful job. I had a pet spotting that they had to do and they did a great job on that. Cleaned it up totally. It was excellent. I contacted them and they were eager to get back to me in a day. Very friendly, courteous company. They even did a free rug. They had the best price.

It went well it looks like new again the fan works too it dries up the carpet faster

Overall, pretty good. The owner was the first to call back and the price was comparable. Two things would have improved the rating: first, the guys had to be asked to move the furniture to clean the carpets. I specifically asked when I scheduled the appt if that was included in the price and I was assured it was. If we hadn't been present, I don't think that would have been done. Second, I was told that the carpets would be dry before they left because they use blowers to dry them. The carpet in two of the rooms was pretty wet for a while. However, I would give them a second try because of price and responsiveness.

The service was wonderful, they did a wonderful job. The owners are very personable and I enjoyed talking to them. Excellent quality, they were able to get rid of spot on the carpet that was their for years. They give a 2 week cleaning guarantee, and if I am not satisfied with the cleaning, then they will come back and clean again.

It went very well. It was easy to contact them, they were willing to negotiate on the price, and when they got here they did a very clean professional efficient job. The owner, Sky, and his wife, Carol, were both very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

It was great from the first time I contacted them. I described the layout of the apartment and what I needed room wise and I had asked them to come out and give me a quote to make sure we were on the same page with the pricing. They were happy to do that with no extra charge. They did such a good job on the carpets, we plan to have them clean our recliners in the future.

The originally light taupe carpet was covered in black oil stains and pet urine. I was going to have to have it pulled up, but it is almost snow white! There is not even one little dark stain on it. It was unbelievable what they did! They're very professional and get in and get it done. They're so great, I can't talk highly enough about them. I wish every company was as good at what they do as Watkins is.

Scott the owner was helpful over the phone. I thought he was crazy when he guaranteed to remove silly putty that had been stuck in the carpet for two years. If he couldn't do it, he said he wouldn't charge me. But Watkins came through, no more silly putty. I appreciated the fans that dried the carpets and he even cleaned my carpet in my car!! I appreciate the pleasant and positive attitude. As well as their professionalism. Before leaving he made sure to remind me to call if I see any stains resurface in the next couple of weeks. I will be using them again.

I hired this com.and had to return to work. I returned home to find my carpets looked like they have not been done.The carpet was not even picked up and I could still see lint on the floor. I calledScott and he told me he had other people that I didn't hire come in I cried I had gotten taken advantage of. He came back to try to fix it but was very sloopy, slinging stuff around go water in my outlet poured solution on my grass and killed it , didn't clean under anything, he said he would if I removed stuff from cabinets , instead of pet treatment allover he just picked spots.Scott you should be ashamed of yourself for treating someone like this! I didn't leave a review until now I had to because after all this time , what this com did people need to know about my experience

They did an excellent and their prices were very reasonable. They were professional and got the job done within a timely manner. They were able to remove some deep stains for us and the carpet looks very good! I would highly recommend them to others and we will continue to use them.

These guys are miracle workers! After two hours of dedicated attention, my carpet looks brand new! I'm beyond happy! I picked the right company! They know their stuff! They used products specifically for my situation and I am still astounded at how well it looks now. And, to top it off, they used environmentally responsible and organic products! I will definitely use them again! Highly recommended!
