Description of Work: Scott and his family cleaned a chair + couch + love seat + area rug that were deeply embedded with cat hair and vomit & urine stains. I cannot believe how beautiful and how great everything smelled when he was done. They were very careful not to damage my new flooring and I am so glad I found him on Angie's list. This was a tough job but everything came out great -- its like new. I will definitely schedule him again. He also made a couple of recommendations for other things that I have taken advantage of. GREAT JOB -- VERY PROFESSIONAL WORK!!!

Description of Work: Watkins carpeting cleaned my parents carpet (3 rooms plus hall). The carpet came out great. They used a special machine called a tornado machine to help the carpets dry more quickly. What I appreciated most was that they came out on only several hours notice. I needed to get the carpet cleaned the same day and they were able to accommodate me. It was a father son team and they were courteous and efficient.

Description of Work: They cleaned 2 of my sofas, one was a sofa and the other a loveseat. They got both clean but tried leaving the back of the sofa undone. When I pointed it out to them, they tried asking if they could skip it since it was towards the end! When I didn't let them skip it, their attitude changed. They also shared lots of negative stories about other customers which I didn't feel was professional.

Description of Work: Scott and His assistant came and did 5 bedrooms a stairway, a sectional couch, and they even threw in a recliner for free. One of the bedrooms is very large, about 700 square feet. The carpets looked like new and were dry by the time they left. I will be using this service again.

Description of Work: Cleaned several rooms. They did a decent job downstairs but not very good upstairs. The owner lacked people skills and left before the job was completed without saying anything. They cancelled first appointment but showed up on time for second appointment. We would not use them again based on our experience.

Description of Work: They cleaned two properties, furniture and carpets. They used some great heavy duty strong fan/blowers to dry the big wool carpet. The fans helped a great deal.

Description of Work: Watkins cleaned 2 different properties for me including carpets, furniture cushions, and a very dirty wool area rug. Although some of the duck cloth upholstered cushions didn't come absolutely spotless, they were old and the cleaning was satisfactory. The used some large, strong heavy duty fans to get the thick carpet to dry faster. This was a plus.

Description of Work: First of all actually joined Angies List just to find a good carpet and upolstry cleaner, what a joke!! They cleaned carpet. That was ok but charged 240.00 more than original quote. |(More than double)Then he cleaned my sectional couch and he said he "over cleaned it" well he ruined it! It was originally white and is now yellow/orange with drips down the cushions and sides. I called Coit to come and see if they could fix it but they said they could not and did not want any part of fixing the problem. They said he ruined my couch. Scott came back out and tried to fix it, it is a little better but it is still yellow and streaks of orange are still seen. I dont know what to do at this point and I am just sick about my couch. It was a very nice couch and do not have the money to recover or replace. He should never do upolstry cleaning for anyone! Should have gone with Coit and paid the extra amount.

They not only did a great job on my carpets, but they also cleaned my dining room chairs and bar stools too! They did an excellent job all the way around.
