Description of Work: They were fantastic . great value and well worth paying the travel fee. I will use them again and recommend them. They even came back the next day to make sure everything turned out fine and to my satisfaction. BRAVO!!!! And they came all the way out to Cathedral City!!

Description of Work: He did not wait until after the professional cleaning services was finished doing their work before he had cleaned the carpet. |When the back of the refrigerator was moved, it leaked out dirty water and went onto the nicely cleaned carpet and made dirty spots. |The carpet cleaner person came in with dirty shoes before, during and after cleaning the carpet. |

Description of Work: I'm a repeat customer! Watkins does such a great job that carpet that needs to be replaced looks really great when they finish, so I can delay the expense of replacement for a while. Their super blowers dry the carpet better than any carpet company I've ever used, and they always throw in some extra work because I am a happy loyal customer.

Description of Work: They were a couple and he said because my place was so small they would clean my whole condo.....He also suggested a protective spray and since i have a cat i went with that. I saw the dirt they pulled from my carpet and can feel the difference - it was totally worth it. I have 2-year old carpet and this was the first cleaning. I plan on having them back every year.
