Smooth fair and complete from the first phone call to schedule the work, til they left, making sure that every thing I wanted done and more was complete.

Mr. Watkins, his father and an assistant arrived promptly, with friendly manner, he described what was going to happen and, after some discussion, we decided on the additional special treatment and additional pricing, as it had been 3 years since the last cleaning. They worked every minute, with some friendly conversation in-between, and finished in about 2.5 hours. Super efficient and super effective! I would absolutely recommend them!

When they were finished they inspected their work to make sure that the job was satisfactory. They obviously took pride in what they did and customer service and satisfaction were important to them.

Great came a little early. Did excellent carpet looks like new.

I want to get my full house cleaning done early - watching showed up on time, walked the job and gave me a reasonable quote. The rugs look terrific and I could sell the furniture as new! The 2 men were polite and busy every minute, I would highly recommend and will have them beck.

Watkins and son did an outstanding job on my carpets and furniture upholstery. They were professional, prompt, and squeezed me into their busy schedule two days after my call. My carpet and furniture look brand new. The job took 5 hours and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My decor is black and white, some delicate toile and damask fabrics.. all of which they took extra precautions to insure wasn't abused or damaged. They were even able to get a very dark, oily spot off the back of an easy chair where our poodles lie everyday and await our return. I didn't think it was possible to remove. They even threw in some extras (an extremely dirty rug under our dining room table and an ottoman) at no charge.. always a pleasant surprise in a day and age where people try to nickel and dime you to death. Would not hesitate to use again, or recommend to anyone. Very surprised/perplexed at the "D" rating from another customer. IMPRESSIVE WORK! Thanks!!

They arrived about 45 minutes after the scheduled time, but had called in advance to say that they would be late. Father and son. Father was pleasant enough, though a bit rough, and I didn't appreciate him telling me what a good job they do in advance -- that's up to me to judge. Son was pleasant but klutzy, and not a good worker. Father had to continually keep an eye on his son's work to ensure that he was doing an adequate job. They worked hard. I had the original material for the sofa (one material) and the chairs and ottoman (another material). The sofa set is definitely cleaner but it will need another cleaning to bring it up to standard. They made two serious errors. They put the cushions out to dry on an painted iron patio set. Several got rust/paint stains as a result. When I pointed this out, the father tried to correct the error but was unsuccessful in undoing the harm. Also, a couple of days later I noticed a large patch of dead grass on my front lawn. When I asked my landscaper about it, his immediate response was "Did you have your carpets cleaned recently?" I suspect that the both errors were the fault of the klutzy son.

Came & cleaned very old carpets. They came clean, but Scott recommended he come back and re-clean with bleaching. Carpets look great!

This contractor showed up ready to go to work. He examined areas to be cleaned (off white carpet), suggested some additional treatment for heavily stained areas and willingly added on a couple of upholstered chairs which needed attention. His cleaning system works very well. The carpets look bright and feel clean again. He works with a helper who keeps the hot water available during the whole process. He even got out some rust spots that have been in the carpet for several years. The process is efficient and really cleans well. Mr. Watkins is a professional and I felt very comfortable having him in my home.

Scott and Carol arrived promptly to clean the carpets in my 2000 sq. ft. home. I had only called them the day before and was delighted that they were able to accommodate me within 24 hours of my call. They sprayed an enzyme solution to pre-treat my carpet for a variety of stains and then proceeded to clean the carpeting. They managed to accomplish this all within the two hours that they said it would take. The day that I made the appointment, I spoke with Carol over the phone and she gave me a quote. When they came to the house and her husband suggested that they use the enzyme spray, I didn't think to ask if there was an additional charge and he didn't offer up that information. After the fact, when the services were complete, I did end up paying approximately 30% more for the service than was originally quoted but it was still extremely inexpensive in comparison to what I had paid for cleaning in the past.
