Description of Work: Watkins Carpet Cleaning came to clean a couch that had been soiled by dogs and my elderly father. As soon as they entered my house, they recognized that I have chihuahuas, just by the spots on my carpet. They offered to clean my living room and dining room area, for a mere $25 more than the price for the couch. I snatched that offer up! They did a wonderful job. My couch looks brand new again, and my carpet has never looked this good.

Description of Work: Watkin's did an awesome job cleaning my sofa sectional. I had fould the totally cool vintage crushed velvet baby blue and white sectional and two chars. The white was badly stained and and the chairs arms and skitrt where a dirty mess. After Watkins they look brand neww, it's amazing how good they look now. Many thanks for bring back to life my ultra swanky sectional.

Description of Work: My appointment was scheduled the very same day as the day I purchased my coupon. They came up the next day. They were right on time! They were friendly, courteous, helpful professional. I am disabled and in a wheel chair. I was not able to move the furniture or pick up before they arrived. They came in took over moved all my stuff out of the way. They explained inn full detail what they would do and why it would be benifical. They worked fast. The carpet was almost dry by they time they left. My carpet looks brand new and it has been a very log time like 8 years since it has been done. I am extremly pleased with this service. Description of Work: I was attracted by their low per room advertised price of $25 and positive review on Angie's List. Mr. Watkins recommended a double cleaning which doubled the price. They arrived very late to the appointment but kept me informed of the expected service delay the entire time. Their lack of punctuality may have been a fluke. The carpets are clean and look great to this day. I had no issues service wise, I'll give them another shot in the future but may also try a few other local service professional in the area to see how they compare.
