We have changed to Burgeson's following unhappy experiences with another company in town.

The technician did a very good check on the old heater, cleaned it well and checked for carbon monoixide. He gave good avice.

I am trying to get some of my money back in small claims court.

I HAD A FEW BIDS AND PRICING WAS ABOUT THE SAME FOR ALL BRANDS CARRIED BY DIFFERENT LOCAL FIRMS. I MADE THE DECISION TO GO WITH LENNOX AND BURGESON'S AFTER SPEAKING TO FRIENDS WHO HAVE USED THEM OVER THE YEARS. THEY ALSO OFFER REGULAR ANNUAL CHECKUPS FOR A YEARLY FEE. THEY COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION IN JUST PART OF ONE DAY. NO FUSS, NO MUSS AND AGREED TO WORK WITH MY ELECTRICIAN WHO HAD JUST COMPLETELY REWIRED MY 1952 HOME. THE SYSTEM HAS WORKED VERY WELL. MY ELECTRIC AND GAS BILLS HAVE BEEN CUT BY MORE THAN A THIRD SO FAR AND THE HOUSE CLIMATE IS VERY IMPROVED. I SAY SO FAR AS I HAVE JUST RECENTLY PUT IS ALL NEW DOUBLE PANED WINDOWS

My air conditioner made a funny noise and stopped working. I called and got a time between 1:30 and 4:00 of the next afternoon. The repair man arrived about 1:45. He discovered that it was an air compressor that had blown. He had one on his truck that fit. He installed it in about 20 min. I had air conditioning immediately.

They did a very clear quote and they did what they said they are going to do in a very timely manner. As for professionalism I was not there most of the time they were installing. I will use them in the future.

The serviceman was there promptly, even a little early. He called first to check if that was all right. I have a service contract with Burgeson's and have for many years. They have always provided excellent service. I had a new A/C and furnace installed by them five years ago. I was surprised something was already not working. Luckily, the warranty doesn't expire until next month. They suggested installing compressor saver. They are a little pricey.

We couldn't be more satisfied than we are. The tech was friendly, honest, and professional. He took his time in inspecting both units and to my surprise there were absolutely no hidden fees! We paid extra for the freon, but that was an expense we anticipated since it wasn't covered with the inspection fee. During the inspection, Nathan found the problem to one room not getting cold enough and he fixed it without claiming it requried additional labor/parts, no extra fees and the a/c now works perfect! Unfortunately, we've used another company in the past that offered a great coupon but once they were there, they found multiple things wrong with our units = more money$$$! My husband is in the construction business and he handles most of our repairs, with the exception of a few things that require a specialist, such as a/c tech and even he was impressed with our tech, Nathan. We'll definitely use this company again for our a/c needs! No wonder they've been in business since the 1940's! We highly recommend this company!

Our heater motor stopped working and it turns out that because it is a Lennox Pulse System the entire motor assembly must be replaced. While the tech was waiting for the call back on the price he took off the motor housing and both he and I observed that thermal resistor on the motor control circuit board looked like it had burned out. The call came back and I was advised that replacing the entire assembly was $1,700.00 with a one year warranty or I could replace the entire unit for $3,500.00 with a ten year warranty. The tech agreed with me that neither option was too fun and I looked on the internet for the thermal resistor. I found it and showed it to the tech and he agreed that I should probably order the part, solder in in place and that may very well fix the entire problem. I did and the thing works fine. As it turns out, this thermal resistor burning up is a common problem in these GE motors with an electronic control module on the variable speed motor. (I have basic electrical knowledge, but would never have found the problem in such a complex system without the tech's help.) The bottom line is that the tech did not have to go to the trouble of showing me the circuit board or putting his head together with mine in finding an alternative solution, but he did happily. His fee to me for what I consider troubleshooting was only $100.00 and I saved $1,500.00. I will not hesitate to use Burgeson's again and they will be my first call for future HVAC issues.

Burgeson's Heating & Air Conditioning was very professional and they finished on time. They had a reasonable price and they did a good clean up after the work was finished. They were friendly and easy to deal with.

Excellent experience from purchase to installation. Great counseling during selection, great price and professional installation. Highly recommended.

They responded promptly to my request for an estimate. There were several rebates they took care of from the manufacturer and Edison. They started the installation within a week and showed up when they said they would. They also cleaned up after themselves daily. Their workers were friendly and respectful. They will come back in six months to check the system and after a year to replace the filters. It was an overall positive experience.

They gave us a very nice presentation of what would be involved. They were here on time and finished the work when they said they would. It took four days. Every day they cleaned up, even using a feather duster on the furniture. They called in an extra crew on the last day to make sure that everything would be finished on time. They were very considerate of us and the house - and were careful to make sure gates were closed so our dogs wouldn't get out. I never heard a cuss word from anyone. I'm sure they would've turned the radio off if I'd asked. :-)

They were very professional, were able to come on the day called. A part needed to be ordered and they ordered and replaced the piece on the same day. Fast, professional service.

THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE & COMPLETED THE WORK IN THE TIME FRAME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID IT VERY QUICKLY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. WE EVEN CALLED THE COMPANY TO COMPLIMENT THEM. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH & VERY GOOD. WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE WORK, EITHER.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY BROUGHT THE JOB IN ON TIME. THEY MET THEIR DEADLINES AND GOALS. WE JUST LOOKED THEM UP. THEY HAD AN AD, AND WE LOOKED THEM UP. WE WENT WITH THEM, AND THEY BASICALLY TOLD US WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY DID THE JOB, AND THEY WORKED WITH OUR BUILDER.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE. THEY CALL ME TO REMIND ME OF WHEN MY SERVICE NEEDS DONE. THEY GET IT DONE PROMPTLY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY ARE HERE.

I HAVE HAD GOOD AND BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. I HAD ONE REPAIR THAT WAS NOT UP TO PAR, BUT THIS TIME THINGS HAVE BEEN FINE. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING THE WORK WERE INEXPERIENCED THAT ONCE.

THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WONDER ABOUT ANYTHING BEING FIXED BECAUSE THEY JUST DO IT. IF YOU CALL THEM, THEY ARE OUT IN A FEW DAYS.

I FEEL THAT THEY ARE THOROUGH IN THEIR WORK, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. THE PEOPLE WHO COME SEEM TO BE COMPETENT. I LIKE THE CONSISTENCY. THE SAME GUY HAS COME OUT THE PAST TWO OR THREE TIMES.

THEY ARE VERY HONEST PEOPLE. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY'LL DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'LL DO WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK, AND THEY'RE EXTREMELY POPULAR IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. IT'S JUST A VERY REPUTABLE FIRM. THEY USE ONLY THE FINEST MATERIALS.
