I can't' recall specifics, but I know that I was very satisfied with all aspects of their work.

From beginning to end an extremely professional and pleasant experience. First thing that impressed me was how quickly they got back with me and worked with me to set up the initial consultation. It may seem like a no brainer, but I called 3 other companies before I called Burgesons. Not 1 of the others even had the courtesy to call back. Robby was my comfort adviser. He was on time for our appointment. He was prepared for all of my questions. He listened to all of my concerns and rightly advised me on the correct sized unit for my house. He allowed ME to make the final decision. Justin and Vince were my installers. They showed up on time everyday. They always had good attitudes and they worked extremely hard. There was never a time when I felt they were goofing off. They took care in everything they did. They cared about the job they were doing. On the last day of work 2 other employees (I believe supervisors) came to help out. They rolled up their sleeves and worked. I do not know of too many companies where the bosses get in and get dirty. These guys did !! Everyone got along. I cannot say enough good things about this company.. Was the financial part of this job cheap? NO! Was the price I paid fair and worth it? ABSOLUTELY.. Would I recommend Burgesons to others for heating and air? Yes... with no hesitation.. I was actually sorry when the job was finished because these guys were so good to have around... Burgesons is a first class company. The heating and ac unit is beyond my expectations.. THANK YOU!!!

The system has continued to keep my electricity bills down and has no trouble keeping the upstairs comfortable even through our heat wave this past summer.

From beginning to end nothing but professional, courteous service; From Brian the rep at Costco to Andy to the respectful fun crew that came out to install my new AC. A very pleasant experience. The price was not the lowest nor the highest, but I feel like I got value for my money. The new system is sooooooo quiet, I would have done it just because of that.

They were great. They gave great customer service. He gave great customer service. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any time you had a question, you can call and he calls you back or he would answer the phone. As far as the crew that came out, they were great too. They were very professional and clean. Whatever mess they made, they cleaned up. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I would recommend them to anybody.

Did the normal two day job in one day. Very professional.

Tory & Miguel arrived on time. Polite and personable. They were done in 5 hours. Cleaned up everything and left the place looking better than when they arrived. Explained how everything worked. Very pleased with their work.

Brock showed up from the company and was right on time. He took the time to put on plastic boots, so he would not track dirt on my carpet. It took about an hour and he did a thorough check on my AC unit in the backyard and heater in the attic. He told me mine was in good shape and wouldn't need to be replaced for several years. He gave my a brochure about new units and an approximate cost of a new unit. He did not try and sell me anything additional and was very professional. He even took the time to answer several of my questions.

Professionalism every step of the way. Burgeson's is a family business with a great reputation in the community and we could easily see why. Everything was carried out in a way that let us know they cared, from first contact through the estimate and actual sale, right up to the installation, the company was tops. They removed our very inefficient 30+ year old system, replacing it with a super efficient top of the line system. The crew of three laid down drop cloths over our hardwood floors, stairs, and carpeting, made countless trips up and down the stairs, and were able to do the entire installation (in a very small space, by the way) well within the promised timeframe. When they were done, they vacuumed and left not a trace that they had been here! We were shown how to use the new digital thermostat, how to access it remotely via the free app, and that was it. We love the new Lennox system, which cools off our space in a fraction of the time the old system took. The filter is so much better than the old one as we can feel the freshness in the air. This is important with a dog and a cat in the house. Overall, we feel we made a wise purchase from an excellent business and would definitely deal with Burgeson's again.

I purchased an entire system, including new ducts and vents in 2009. Since then, I have had them service the system twice a year. Heater portion in December, AC in June. The original system was very reasonable compared with other offers, and I have been extremely happy with the performance of the system. In my case, it was s 3-ton Trane (seer 19) with variable speed fans. I have been fortunate in that I have been able to have the service done on Saturday Mornings. They have always been there right on time, and clean up after themselves. AC compressor pressures are written down on the service receipts so I have a history.

The serviceman was on time and completed the assessment and cleaning in an efficient and timely manner. I highly recommend Burgeson's and have found their service to be exemplary.

Andy came out to provided the initial consultation and proposal. He was punctual and professional. He explained all the options and provided excellent recommendations. I had four other contractors give estimates and Andy's was right in line with those other estimates but his professionalism was what helped make my decision easier. Justin and the team of installers started each day as scheduled, were professional and courteous, installed the system based on my feedback and even went beyond to help solve an unexpected issue with getting a duct to one of the rooms. When they left each day they cleaned up any mess made and packed away all material that was going to be used for the next day.

I've worked in Aerospace as a quality inspecter for the last 25 years. I know what I'm looking at and I even know how this work is done. I just won't to crawl under the house any more. I'll pay someone. Burgeson's not only came out to my house/Cabin up in the hills they brought a good solid team of men to get the job done and done right. Yes you will pay a little more with these guys, but you will get the work done and done right. They use good heating units and have the knowlage to make the sheetmetal fit right.

Service was excellent, especially for a Saturday. Very thorough service of unit; tested and cleaned. All safety devices checked. Very pleased with tech Mike. Honest and forthright. Very clean. Serevice contract is thye way to go.

Serviced my A/C, and I wasn't even having any problem. He put in some dye, then came back 2 months later. He told me my freon is leaking and would cause $2300 to change the coils. He also told me that my other unit should be replaced because of rusty drip pan. I got a second opinion and there was no leak, and I did not have to get a second unit. We are willing to pay, but honest money for honest work. I will never call them again. No wonder, when I told them I want to wait, the service man from Burgeson's was downright not happy with me.

Though my house was relatively new, the AC and Heater the developer installed could not keep the house cool in the summer. The system did OK for keeping the house warm in the winter. The system was also very loud. I had used Burgeson's Heating and Air Conditioning for work in the past, so I called them up to take a look at the system. The diagnosis was that a replacement was needed, including the AC compressor and the heater. The reason the heater needed to be replaced was so that the AC coil system could be matched to the new AC compressor, and that coil sits above the heater. All told, to get an efficient system, both the AC System and Heater System needed to be replaced together. Burgeson's made a good case, and the facts they laid out were consistent with my observations of the system the builder put in place. Due to the cost, I got several other estimates. One came in a little higher than Burgeson's and two came in quite a bit lower. I decided to go with Burgeson's because they came off as professionals and because they had been in business for quite some time. Burgeson's got the work done and did a nice job. They cleaned up after the job was done and they provided instructions on how to operate the system. The new system keeps my house cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and it is substantially quieter due to the soundproofing Burgeson's installed. The new AC, Heater, and Ducting work together quite well. I continue to buy my filters from Burgeson's. The filter rack they installed uses 2" thick filters and Lowes and Home Depot don't carry them. Burgeon's has them, and while they cost a bit more than the 1" filters at the big box stores, the 2" filters seem to be worth the extra money for the higher air flow and for the higher filtering surface. I have since recommended Burgeson's to several friends and they too have had similar, great experiences.

Burgeson's conducted a 15 point inspection of my heater. I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness of the company representative, the knowledge of the technician, and the excellent service provided.

l called that day and they came in same day. No hassle. Very professional. Only complaint is the price but it had to be done.

Every facet of their service was excellent. They were very aware of my needs and were able to meet my parameters. They were so polite, from the person on the phone to the workers that installed the unit. I will definately be using them again.

They do fast work, the quality is very high. They are very knowledgeable.

Went very well. They properly diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately my home warranty would only cover half the cost of the fix.

They are who we always go to with our air conditioning needs for about 15 years. They are very professional and friendly and the work is always top notch.

I called and the lady on the phone was very polite and courteous. She said she would have someone call me back and if they did not call me in 30 minutes, to call them back. Which I did, she then told me their technician hasn't called them, therefore they can't do anything. I asked if I should call another service and she said (with a bit of attitude) " I can't give out any advice, sir". I then just asked her to cancel the service call.

They have great customer service, and they were very careful. Very clean.
