Description of Work: I wanted a preseason tune-up of the AC, but the deal that I purchased was for a Diagnostic Service Call, which is not the same as a tune-up I guess. Repair man wasprofessional and made some recommendations for repairs. He was not "pushy" with the recommendations. The repairs made did not make as much as an improvement as he thought it would.

Description of Work: They were amazing. The gentleman assessed the air conditioner and gave me a step by step problem solving analysis. He not only fixed the problem but made it a teaching experience. It ended up be a problem with the fan motor, which was replaced in no time at allïŠ |I would recommend anyone to their service!! So happy with the professionalism, and knowledge that was shown! |

Description of Work: Installed new air conditioner condenser unit. Technician did a very professional job, put booties on his shoes when walking in the house, put a blanket on the floor before using his ladder to enter the attic, used gloves to enter the attic ceiling entrance. Very pleased with new unit.

Burgeson’s Heating & Air Conditioning Inc offers the following services: Burgeson's specializes in designing and installing heating and air conditioning system replacements along with their accompanying duct work for residential homes and some light commercial. We provide service maintenance and repair for all makes and models of HVAC equipment. Burgeson's offers many comfort equipment options such as zoning, indoor air quality, programmable thermostats with WiFi, attic fans and others. We also install heat pumps, mini splits, wall heaters and evaporative coolers.
Burgeson's doesn't offer air duct cleaning. We feel that it can do more harm than good. Duct work should be a sealed system. If there are issues with your ducts or excessive dust, we can inspect them to determine if they need repairs or to be replaced. Burgeson's does not install whole house fans. We want to condition your indoor air. Whole house fans bring outdoor air in. While it can be considered a quick way to cool the home in the evening, all the outdoor contaminants are entering as well.
