Our garage door was making a hideous noise as it opened or closed, finally it stopped working. Scott evaluated the problem, repaired it, and now it works beautifully and very quietly. We are very happy with the results.

He gave me a quote an returned a few days later to replace one motor and both torsion springs. This also meant mounting motion sensors, which took some creativity on his part due to the garage design. While he was at it, he lubed all hinges, replaced missing nuts and generally gave them both a "tune up". He also helped me sync the controls to my car's rear view mirror remote buttons. I would recommend Scott and his work to anyone. He was friendly, professional, reliable and true to his quote. Really the best of experiences.

When the door opened completely, it made a big bang sound. He told me how to use a screw driver to fix it, and it worked! I will definitely use him in the future!

On time for estimate/evaluation appointment. Clean, courteous. Quickly gave estimate. Was ready even before scheduled date(on Dec. 26th at 9am)! Arrived on time after checking in by phone on agreed date (Jan. 2nd). Finished work cleanly with explanations of new equipment. Price seems very competitive given previous experiences and hearsay from friends in past month in WLA. He works with a friendly, knowledgeable, quick associate.

Dave arrived in the evening to install the motor and emergency release. I had to leave before he finished but returned to a working garage door. The area was left clean and Scott called the next day to see if I had any questions.

I contacted Scott to give me an estimate and 30 minutes later he was at my home. He provided us with a detailed quote of the job (labor and materials). About a week later, we contacted Scott to begin the work. He arrived to our home on time and completed the job when he said he would. In addition to doing a great job, Scott was very professional and responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend Scott to my neighbors and friends. We got what we paid for and more, "peace of mind."

I contacted Scott on Tuesday to set up an appointment to have my garage door fixed. I also needed my garage door opener evaluated, as it was not working. The appointment was set for Thursday, which was the best day for me. Dave, the technician, showed up on time and performed the work quickly and expertly on the garage door. There was nothing wrong with the garage door opener. Dave was friendly and professional, and I would not hesitate to use this contractor again.

Scott was great. He is easily accessible by phone and very personable. He tried to troubleshoot with me before coming out. Unfortunately, he couldn't figure out the problem over the phone and when he came to the house we realized it was because our home has a commercial garage door and Scott only repairs residential. Despite this, Scott spent 1/2 hour trying to solve the problem and gave me good instructions on what information to provide to the next company I call. He did not charge me.

I called Scott because my garage door was acting up. I described the problem to him over the phone and he gave me simple advice about how to correct the problem myself. I am not handy AT ALL but his suggestion worked and the door runs much better now. I was really impressed by how helpful and nice he was because anyone else would have tried to rip me off in that situation.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I GIVE THEM AN A. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY WORKED HARD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR THE PRICE THEY SAID. THEY DID AN ESTIMATE OF WHAT IT WOULD COST, AND THEY DID IT FOR THAT AMOUNT. HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND SET THE JOB FOR FOUR DAYS LATER. WITHIN A WEEK THE WHOLE THING WAS DONE. THAT WAS GOOD BECAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR OUTSIDE.
