He checked the structure of the garage door and the door opener. Oiled and greased the wheels and chain. Purrs like a kitten. It was great!

Scott did a fantastic job. We are owner builders and he worked with my husband, answering questions and explaining what needed to be done before installation. He took great care, with the help of his lovely wife, to get installation, decorative hardware and Garage door opener system installed to our satisfaction. He asked questions to help us pick the door and system that would work best for our needs. I would highly recommend him.

Scott was knowledgeable and went out of his way to deliver our doors to our home saving me time. You can't beat his prices and even though he did not install our doors, he gave us great advice on how to install them. A very nice and honest guy.

Very well, he had the spring with him, so that minimized delay. Then Scott also went on to make the door less noisy as well as leveled out the closure. That's above and beyond what he needed to do. I was happy!

Scott's Garage Door Svc. Did an excellent job! I called in the morning and they were out same day. He went above and beyond replacing just the spring he saw that a few nuts and bolts were missing and replaced them as well. Thank you so much for the great service!

Our first fix as homeowners. Our torsion rod snapped. Scott came and fixed the rod and even added an extra spring so it wouldn't happen again. He was honest and didn't go over his estimate. We want to buy a new door in the future and we will definitely use Scott again. I am submitting this review a little late. But the service was so good I couldn't leave it unreviewed.

I damaged the bottom of my garage door so that it would no longer open and close, and I asked Scott to repair it. He responded quickly and worked very fast, was very professional and provided knowledgeable service, and created a sturdy temporary fix to a badly damaged door. He knew what replacement doors would work, how much they cost, how long shipping would take, time for the install, and any other details I wanted to know. I would definitely call Scott's Garage Doors in the future and I will recommend them to my neighbors. Thanks for the great work!

He came in and got the door straight out and working in an about an hour. If I was going to replace my garage door I would definitely use him

Scott is a real pro and a gentleman. He is a perfectionist and spent much more time than anyone else would have WITHOUT charging for the overtime. I will refer him for his services and I feel that I gained a real friend in the process.

Scott is a true gentleman and obviously very knowledgeable with lots of experience.  He inspected the door completely and told me what needed attention and he began to fix everything that needed attention.  I was with him the entire time and he explained everything to me.  It was a pleasure having him work on the garage door.

Lesson learned---don't back out of the garage until you're SURE the door is all the way up!  A family member failed to do that, and the door would no longer go up or down.   After reading the reviews of various garage door repair services listed here on Angie's list, we chose to go with Scott's.
We called at 8:30 am and he was here by noon.  He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired the dented area.  He checked the motor to make sure it was working properly.  He pointed out that the old seal had shrunk leaving a gap at the bottom of the door, but he didn't try to sell extra repairs and assured us that it wasn't a currently necessary fix.  He also lubed all the moving parts on the door.
We were very pleased with Scott's quick response to our need and his very friendly, efficient service.  We will definitely call on him again if there ever is a need, and we recommend him to anyone who needs garage door repair service.

Scott was very helpful.  He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, what I should do to maintain my garage door in good condition as well as how long things should be lasting if maintained properly.
