Description of Work: Asked for an estimate to replace existing one piece wooden door with a roll-up door. Scott was very thorough and found problems that would preclude changing to a roll-up door (water heater and cabinets would be in the way of a track) and actually just recommended painting the existing wooden door. Found him to be refreshingly honest and will certainly call him when I need a new motor!

Description of Work: They came out, replaced our garage door opener with a quieter, more advanced model, and balanced and tightened the door. It took several hours. When the first technician couldn't get the garage door exactly balanced, he had the owner come out the next day to get it just right. Our new garage door opener works like a dream.
