Thank you for the nice rating. In this case we needed to add an additional return air intake. It is surprising how often a old heating and air system does not have enough air intake (you can only blow into your home the air that is sucked in from your filter). Thank you again for the job, we do understand everyone has choices when it comes to your heating and cooling needs, and we do like being the one chosen!

Description of Work: Their eployee arrived late in the afternoon, temp. was 103 and he still went up on the roof to inspect our unit out. He took care of the ac and was very informative regarding our unit. We were very impressed with the work .

Description of Work: I had an annual contract with them to come out every 6 months to change the HVAC filters and perform the maintenance work needed. If there was anything wrong, you received a discount since you had purchased an annual plan with them. They did a good job with the work itself, but they left the trap doors dirty and now they need to be repainted.
