We were pretty set on a Rheem; Jim explained that he could get a Rheem unit, but he carried another line. After our discussions and his insights, he found a Rheem unit that fit our needs, and was less expensive than the other dealers. Our Rheem is not a 'starter' or the 'cheap model', and 'corners were not cut' to fill our needs. A unit to unit and price to price comparison proved that Sierra Valley was the best value. Thank you again Jim, you did a great job! The installers were prompt, professional, and courteous. They were very kind and gracious when my mother asked them to install some filters I had cleaned earlier. Thank you guys!!

He was able to find a great system for a great price with many rebates. The installers led by Matt were wonderful, clean and considerate. Thank you all!

They replaced my 26 yr. old heat pump within a day and Matt , installer, did a great job making sure everything was done right and to code. Overall, the price was cheaper than the bigger companies.

After completing the project they informed me that they had not gotten the permit to do the work. Now I am waiting to see if I am going to get the permit and this might cost me my SMUD rebate. This is very very disappointing.
