Description of Work: Bought a house 2 yrs ago and have had to have 3 roofing jobs already. La Rocque did the best work and was reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. The quote was done promptly, the work scheduled and done on the date promised.

Description of Work: I had their estimator out on April 4, 2012 wo was here for about 45 minutes measuring around, making a drawing too, he left me a nice color brochure of the company and his card too and told me I would receive the estimate by email. When I didn't after a week, I contacted the company by a message from their website and the reply was, they were working on the estimate and I would get it in a couple of days. When nothing came, I signed the other proposal for Shea Roofing and sent it out. The following week the email estimate finally came, it was lower than Shea Roofing, $ 1250.00 for the same work, very detailed with the drawing included too, but it was too late, I already signed the other! I asked the lady who wrote me the email how fast they would be able to start any work and she replied, it takes a week to schedule. After the fact that I already waited 2 weeks for their estimate, I didn't have much confidence to hire them for any other roof repairs. Maybe I am an impatient person, but when I ask for an estimate, that means that I would like that work done pretty soon!

Description of Work: The company was prompt in giving me an estimate. They gave me three options for repairs and/or replacement of roof. When I had a question, the owner personally answered my questions. Unfortunately, I didn't use the company for repairs. I would definitely refer them.
