I had estimates on water heaters and Allison Plumbing was the lowest. But even then I had to make sure that what they were offering is as good as what others were offering or perhaps even better! I spoke to Rebecca on the phone... She came across as being honest, accommodating with all my questions and did not pressure me at all. Doug was great, came to the house on time, very professional. Overall, my experience with this company is satisfying. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Fixed problem and assessed a pending problem but offered home remedy

We had an old, out of date plumbing system that was further complicated by an addition to the house. There were pipes running throughout the house including in the ceiling and they were leaking. Ken was kind enough to clear his calendar to assess the problem and immediately get us scheduled for a repair. We were extremely anxious because of the damage the leaks had already caused but Ken very adeptly put us at ease after explaining how the repair would be handled. The work was thorough, professional and clean. He even arranged to have the stucco patched and it was also of the highest quality. I can't say enough great things about Ken, Rebeccah and their entire crew. I told Rebeccah that Allison Plumbing was now our family plumber and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of the services they provide. They are exceptionally nice and the work they perform is of the highest caliber.

When calling for estimates to replace my faucets they were the only ones to ask for pictures to confirm what needed to be completed and give me a more exact quote. Ken and Johnny came a couple of days later to complete all of my faucet replacements. They did a great job and were both very personable, I would definitely use them again.

Gabe was the worker who came out and he did a wonderful job.

They did exactly what I wanted. Pulled the stuff out from under the sink and returned it, when job completed. Left no extra mess.

The technician was very helpful and honest. Of course there was more to the project than I initially expected, they were open about the cost and time, giving me options, which I appreciated.

I've used them on a few occasions and I love them. Ken the owner, Rebecca who runs the office and Doug, who works for him are all really amazingly nice and responsive. They are really just great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others They also had someone come out to do the drywall, patching after the plumbing. The work is so seamless, you can't even tell where it was done. The patched wall looks better than the regular wall. They are really great.

IT went well. Plumber was great and professional.

I had a leak in the bathroom sink, a clogged drain and a cracked pipe. This is the third time Allison Plumbing has provided service for my home. They previously installed a toilet and fixed the sinks in another bathroom. I wouldn't think of calling another plumber. Their service is excellent!

Very professional. I've had terrible experience with plumber's in the past. Allison Plumbing was a breathe of fresh air, from my first phone call, to meeting the plumber's, to the finished work. They were friendly and hard working. They under bid my other estimate and did twice as much work. I highly recommend them.

The serviceman who I believe is also the owner showed up within provided time frame. When I made the appointment I told the office receptionist that I had a list of items that needed repair and that I wanted an estimate so that I could arrange for a second service call once given an estimate. The serviceman looked over everything that I wanted fixed and provided an estimate. He then proceeded to fix everything, which saved having to come out another time and saved me the trouble of having to make another appointment and take time off from other matters, which was appreciated. He also provided advice on what can be done about a particular issue, suggesting contacting the manufacturer who would send replacement parts and was honest by saying if his company had to do it, there would be a charge. He also told me the manufacturer of the faucets had a lifetime warranty, a fact which I was not aware of.

This was the easiest plumbing experience I have ever had. They were able to go out to my house while I was at work, texted me photos of the work being done, and took payment over the phone. In today's busy work schedules, commutes, and my hectic schedule using Allison Plumbing was a breeze. Thank you.

.Was quoted $150.00 for service charge because of our area. They kept canceling their appointment and took days to get our heat and hot water turned back on. Used them before at a house which is much further away.Got the bill and was charged on my charge card $275.00. This is exactly what they charged last time, going much further and actually had did some work. This time they are hitting us with a after hour charge, when we have been waiting for them to show up. WATCH THESE PEOPLE< DON"T TRUST THEM< GET A SECOND OPINION. The line was replaced a few years ago, interesting that Rebecca again mentions the cost replacement , may be why they didn't want to come out as I told her that the line was replaced a few years ago. Had a problem with sewage backing up into the bathtub. After trying unsuccessfully to snake the drain, I called Allison because they were highly rated and located nearby. The young lady on the phone said that she would try to get a technician out that day, or the following day at the latest. A short time later she called and said that a technician would be out by 11:00 the same day (great for me). Doug (the technician) arrived on time, and we took the tour of the house and the plumbing. After a brief discussion regarding what needed to be done immediately, and in the future, we agreed on a price and he commenced to work. Within a short time the drain blockage (a large amount of hair) was resolved and things were back to normal, and I had a happy wife again.

Allison Plumbing--provider came on time and we went over the work that i wanted. They doug a trench for the water main on the grass and all the dirt and grass was placed on plastic so as not to damage the lawn. The old water tank was removed and a new 3/4 dedicated gas line was installed. A plastic water main line was installed with about 50 Ft. of copper piping above the ground to the new tank--which included new valves, pressure regulator and filter system. The trench was filled back in with dirt and grass and you could not tell ware they had dough it out. The crew did a GRATE JOB, very clean and profesional.

From the time Hutch , the plumber, walked through the door, he conducted himself very professionally but was also very friendly. He not only did a great job, but educated me on how to take care of my drains to avoid further problems while he was working. I feel like I have finally met a real plummer. He also has a great sense of humor and was on time. My first contact with Allison Plumbing was when Rebecca called me to set up an appointment to have my drain cleaned out.. She was also very professional but friendly. Both contacts with this company were awesome to deal with. I highly recommend Allison Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing problem. Out of a 5 star rating, I would give this company 10 stars.

Very well! He knew his job and performed his job well.

We do not have an external clean out, so all of the work had to be done from inside the kitchen under the sink. All was done as expected. Good communication, and clean up after. Price was more because of the additional work to disassemble plumbing from the inside without a clean out.

Allison worked around my availability and we were able to secure an appointment within a day of my first call. Our variety of jobs required clear communication and approval of quotes for each option. The tech sent to us, Doug, was easy to work with, able to work within our budget, and came up with solutions (and future options) for our situation. He worked efficiently and professionally. We are a family with young children, and Doug graciously worked around us. I am a "hands-on" home owner, and often tackle my own repairwork, but the price, professionalism, and quality of work from Allison Plumbing made it worth it to hire them. I know we will have more projects in our home, and I will be calling Allison plumbing in the future. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before beginning a plumbing project or repair.

called and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. i received a text message an hour before arrival. technician showed up and was able to give a quote to do the repairs within the first 15 minutes as well as give an estimate on a larger problem that has yet to be resolved. i did my research and all of the repairs quoted based on an industry average found on google were below average cost. he was done in 2 hours and i was very pleased with quality. i will never call another plumber again as long as they are in business.

We had a terrible clog in the bathroom sink; the water would start filling up only after running the water for like 5 seconds. I tried to clear it my self using some household remedies and a zip line. Allison Plumbing came out and took care of it for us and replaced some old broken fittings under the sink as well. We first started using Allison Plumbing while living in Fontana. We have since moved to Corona, but we still use them, because of their great and prompt service, good prices, and honest work.
