Description of Work: Installed 3 new low-flow toilets. Hauled-off old toilets. Replaced bathtub spout, shower arm, tub drain and overflow. All tasks expertly completed in a timely and efficient manner. Would definitely use again for any future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They flushed my water heater and also checked all the lines and connections. My hot water heater had been making these terrible noises for so long I thought I was going to have to buy a new water heater. Once they cleaned it all out there was no more noise. I was unaware they you are suppose to flush the water heater every year or so.

Description of Work: The technician (Hutch) was great -- professional, efficient, and did the job right. I'd called to have a kitchen faucet leak fixed. Ken Allison came out on a Saturday morning for a diagnosis. Turns out I needed a special-order part from the manufacturer. I also wanted two toilets replaced. We discussed how to do everything at the same time, and what I could do while waiting for the faucet part to minimize the problem. We had some scheduling issues, but they were very good about calling back and letting me know the timeline (which is important for me). On the day of the appointment, they were timely and did the jobs in a clean, professional, skilled way. There was no mess and no problems. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Description of Work: I had a leak from the second story restroom to the first story kitchen. They were able to send someone out the day I called. It took several hours to replace pipes but it is no longer leaking. Plumber was friendly and explained all work performed. I received a 10% discount for finding them on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Came twice: once to add an ice water valve and a second time to fix a leaky pipe behind a refrigerator. Were very prompt, professionally and reasonably priced. They are my new plumber!

Description of Work: The seller of my house did a bad job with the plumbing for the washing machine. No P-trap and the leach line didn't work. Allison Plumbing rerouted the drain to the sink. Great fix!

Description of Work: Allison Plumbing did plumbing inspection and cleared the line in our shower that was backing up and cleared the main, but only to the street since our line did not allow him to go towards the house. We were disappointed that the change to our cleanout point will cost us an additional $550, but this was an issue with whomever installed the cleanout before we bought the house, not Allison Plumbing. | |We were very pleased that Doug was on time and professional. And I am very happy to have a shower that drains.
