Description of Work: I called Allison Plumbing to find a water leak I had at the front of my house. Ken came out,found the leak and informed me that the leak was in the main water line into my house. He recommended I replace the entire main line.Ken and his crew were open to suggestions on where to run the new line in order to minimize damage to my front yard. They were also friendly,professional,and showed up when they said they would.I give Allison Plumbing an A+ for honesty as their original quote to do the job was $3000.00 but after completing the job they only charged me $2800.00 |Thank You Ken & Crew! |

Description of Work: We paid $89 ahead of time because I thpought we were getting some kind of discount. However the technician just looked up the charge of $150 on a price sheet and subtracted the $89. So I am not sure why we paid $89 ahead of time. We had to wait 4 days for someone to even come look at the problem. Had I not paid the $89 up front I would have called someone else who could have come sooner. The $89 up front ended up being an advantage for them not us (the customer). I did think the technician was really good but I do not know if I would use them again.
