Doug tried to repair the faucet but the faucet was beyond repair. He showed me everything that was wrong with the faucet and decided it had to be replaced. We settled on a real nice Pfister Serrano Burnished Nickel faucet that looked even better than the old one. He knew what he was doing and when he was finished he even cleaned the work area up. Allison Plumbing was very professional from Rebecca all the way down to Doug. Thank you for great service.

We found Allison Plumbing based off of their great ratings on multiple websites. We needed a whole house re-pipe, 2 bathrooms gutted and remodeled, and a bedroom converted to a laundry room (the laundry was in the garage). Allison Plumbing did it all and the beautiful results confirmed we made the RIGHT DECISION! Not only did they give the fairest pricing, Ken Allison (the business owner) was honest, professional, reliable and funny too:). He quickly responds to messages and updated us on his teams' progress throughout the entire renovation. Any issues were quickly resolved. Ken and his team gutted our bathrooms and rebuilt these areas of our home to be our dream bathrooms and laundry room come true - truly gorgeous work that is a show stopper! Allison Plumbing was professional from start to finish and delivered all that was agreed upon and more. This business is very impressive and I wish them a lifetime of success.

I am so happy I contacted Allison Plumbing. Of course it happened at the worst time -- the weekend! We tried the home fix it method, which didn't work -- I was surprised when Rebecca responded to my e-mail inquiry Sunday evening. Great customer communication! The technicians were at my house very early Monday morning. So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great company! I would definitely recommend them and will rely on them for all our plumbing needs. Please note they also work with gas lines for fire pits, etc. I really appreciate the look and see at the fireplace. Now we can use it worry free. Thank you so much!!!!

They came the same day and did a great job.

Mr. Allison was courteous and efficient. Performed an excellent service and augered the roots. Giving me time to either use a root treatment or shop for a better repair price. Would definitely use again. Eight days earlier another company (Schuelke Plumbing) had done the same with a power washer but did not remove roots ($275 after hours). Schuelke did offer to dig it up and patch the joint for $1275.

I called for an estimate and received a same day appointment. I was quoted a price & it never changed. The work was completed the next day & it was professionally done.

Awesome! Ken and staff were great. Price was slightly better than the competition, but the honesty and quality of work were a lot more than I expected. They arrived when expected and communication was great. They did exactly what I asked them to do and even gave me a great referral for a drywall guy.

It went very well. Making an appointment was easy, They were flexible and came when they said they would. Work was completed in a very timely manner, cost was discussed before hand, and was reasonable, ended up being a bit less than the estimate (VERY good!) Details were discussed, as well as contingencies (I have an old house and things can go sideways) Plumber was courteous and friendly, I would be happy to recommend Allison and would use them again when the need arises.

Went very well. Tech that came out was very knowledgable. Investigated the leak and took measures to correct the leak. He even took the time to educate me on how typically house plumbing is all connected. Good to know when I need to troubleshoot where a problem may be before having to call Allison Plumbing out. It's nice to know that there are reputable, honest companies, like Allison Plumbing...alternative to the big names companies.

This was a great experience. Rebecca kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. She let me know the ETA and sure enough "Johnny" the plumber came right on time. The old fixtures were stripped and Johnny got them out and installed the new parts. All working perfectly. Johnny made sure I had the model number and product information in case we needed anything from the manufacturer. I asked about some future needs and he checked everything out. Johnny provided me with the information I needed. We will be using Allison for that work as well. Johnny was very polite and positive. It was a pleasure all around to deal with Allison Plumbing.

The first plumber they sent out was personable and speedy, but he told me that my kitchen faucet was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Dutifully, I went to a fixture store and picked out a new faucet with all the accessories, and my expensive tastes led me to spend nearly $800. When the second plumber came out to install it, a part was missing, and he could see my frustration when I thought that my problem wouldn't get fixed that day. He offered to take the original faucet apart to see if it could be repaired. $104 and a simple O-ring later, it was nearly as good as new. I was then able to return the new faucet for a full refund. While this story has a happy ending, it would have been much, much better if the first plumber had taken the time to do some diagnostics before encouraging me to replace something prematurely. When I relayed this story to the dispatcher at the shop, she admitted that the first guy was one of their less-experienced plumbers, and told me to always request Hutch, who was more seasoned. I would agree: That guy knows his stuff!

Allison plumbing was a total life saver. We had been without water for 12 days, working with another contractor. We called Allison with this emergency situation and they came with a great crew that repiped our whole house in less then 2 full days . They have a really experienced, in-house crew. It's not like some of the other places, that have casual labor. You know who's going to do your job. Fast, clean, experienced, and have competitive prices.

First of all, Ken showed up to bid the job on time. Next he and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would and started the job promptly. The job was scheduled to be completed in two days minus the patch work. He left the water service on after the first day so that everything was in working order. The second day the water was on for most of the day with the exception of a few hours later in the day while the new service was connected. Ken and his entire crew of 5 guys were a pleasure to have working. I felt as though they were my buddies by the time they left after the second day. And I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work. They truly blew me away! I would very highly recommend Allison Plumbing to anyone looking for an excellent plumbing company.

I have used Allison Plumbing for various jobs. Ken the Owner ,Hutch ,and Johnny are Awesome !!!!!! Can't say enough about them . Had a leak in wall and Hutch came out and found the leak immediately. Made the repair in less then 30 mins and had my water back on in no time. Thanks Allison Plumbing for taking care of me once again

The tech Hutch did a wonderful job installing my new valve. He went above and beyond what i expected for the price he gave me. Very informative and knowledgeable. I was really impressed how he cleaned up after and took care of my home. Will definitely use Allison Plumbing again .

All I can say is WOW !!!! From the minute these guys walked into the job I knew I picked the right company. Everyone from the owner to the helper got right down to business and completed my job in a timely manner . There attitude and workmanship was Top Notch to say the least. I called them out regarding the problem. The guy said I had a new problem when he came out and it was not what I paid for. I showed him the problems that I had and he said if I paid the money to fix the new problem they would fix the old problem as well. I did not have the money to pay the new problem. He said that was another $300. They charged me a service fee for coming out even though I called them about the problem I had. He identified two problems that the last person did. I was not too happy with that and have not used them again since then. He told me I had to pay to fix the new problems and I thought I was having the old problem fixed.

Called Allison Plumbing for a slow drain in the tub. The provider arrived punctually. After giving us a quote, he tried to clear the clog through the tub drain with a plumbing machine. However, he said that he could not get to the clog and that it must be deeper in the pipes. He said he had to lift up the toilet to get to the clog and the price would increase to $225. He said there would be a 1 year warranty on the service (they would service any return in the problem during the 1 year period) so I decided to go with it. In about an hour, the provider said everything was clear. I paid the provider and thought my family was all set. A few weeks later, the problem returned and now it was worst. Previously, the water was just draining slowly and now the tub was completely clogged. Called Allison Plumbing and they refused for the warranty service. They said that I would now have to pay $1000 to $2000 to fix the problem. Called a different company, Anthony’s Plumbing. The provider came promptly despite it being close to the holidays. Problem fixed with $105, Anthony's Plumbing got the clog out through the tub drain when Allison Plumbing said it was impossible. Allison Plumbing is dishonest and does not withhold their promises.

Was contacted immediately to set up appointment for replacement of water heater. Crew arrived on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They did the replacement in a professional manner and even had to recut/reroute my pressure valve line. I would definitely highly recommend this company. Cost of work was exactly what I was quoted without any attempt for additional unnecessary services.

Rebecca took my call promptly, the expert arrived promptly on time, answered all my myriad questions, did a perfect job, god bless him. I would not hesitate to recommend Allison Plumbing.

Allison Plumbing did a wonderful job re-piping the house. They had to go through walls and now you can't tell that a single wall was cut open and piping added. They were able to re-pipe in one day and had the walls re-plastered and painted within a week. They also cleaned up after themselves. The bathroom looks terrific and all the workers were meticulous, friendly, and efficient. We are very happy with all the work that was done and would highly recommend them!
