Great. Very efficient and plesant.

Our house was sold and we were under contract when the water supply pressure regulator to the house, located inside the garage began to leak. This regulator was not quite 6 years old. Of course, our regulator was not a standard, off the shelf item since it was 1.25" size. Allison plumbing responded promptly and came to our house after normal business hours. They did order a replacement and changed out the defective unit within days and just before closing.

They were really good. They came right away. They were very helpful and told me how to do things. They were fast. The price is reasonable. They are real clean.

Ken and Gabe arrived at 9 am and were finished by 1 pm. They are both professional and friendly. They do excellent work and clean up after themselves. Gabe even manhandled the cast iron sink outside for me. This is the second time I have used Ken and he is now my go to guy for plumbing work.

My rental had a leak from the upstairs tub down to the garage. Found Allison Plumbing off of this list and gave them a call. I got a prompt call back to verify the problem and was told the call would be sent out. Received a call back informing me that someone will be there at 4 PM but was also informed that they were extremely busy that day and would call me when someone was on the way. The plumber arrived within an hour of the scheduled time and apologized for being late. I had no problem with it since I was informed up front.. Turned out it was an easy repair, the water spout was bad and needing replaced. It was replaced and the water pipe sweated, a real professional job. I know that I could have done this myself, except for the pipe extension and sweat weld, but I was satisfied and the $125 was well worth me kicking back doing nothing.

Called around 5 pm. Owner called back within 45 minutes. Agreed to come in the next day in the morning. Arrived at the time set and carried out the work professionally and efficiently. Opened drains for bathroom sink, tub, and kitchen sink. Cheerful, friendly, helpful with advice about how to deal with drains and about a somewhat problematic toilet. I would definitely recommend his service again.

The toilet tank had a long crack in it and had started to dribble and leak water. So I searched in my area for a plumber with favorable reviews. Allison had that. I called and reached someone right away at the office. She had Mr. Allison call me. We discussed the problem and he recommended replacing the toilet. He also recommended a brand he likes to work with, which he uses because in his professional experience it works well. Total estimate with parts and labor was $250. Our initial appointment was for the same day but he was extra busy and we rescheduled. I did not use Allison services. I called around and another plumber was able to locate the matching tank by the same manufacturer as the unit I already had. It cost less so that's the way I went.

Overall I would highly recommend Allison Plumbing. The job performed was great and done in a reasonable amount of time.

He came on time and was very polite. He looked at everything and gave me a price, which was very affordable. He completed the work in about an hour and a half and cleaned up well after it was done.

Slow draining shower. Called in morning asked for same day service. Was told busy schedule but could do it in the afternoon. Received 2 calls in afternoon updating that he had a busy schedule but was still coming. He came out at 5 despite having a long day he was pleasant and efficient. Good appearance, knowledgable, and personable. Allowed me to use a coupon to reduce the initial price of 89. Good family business would use again.

My husband tore out a wet bar between our living room and family room. We needed the plumbing from the sink cut off and capped. We needed this done so we could have our drywall fixed before getting new carpet just a few days later. This was a small job, so Ken came and did the work the same day, after his normal work day!

I had to update a small bathroom within a very short time-line (3 weeks) along with other update for a rental. Once we got through the bid/ estimate and scope of work negotiation, Ken Allision was flexible and easy to work with. Ken showed up when he said he was and performed the tasks as outlined. Because there were several contractors working on-site, I provided Ken with a copy of the key. The coordination with other discipline working on-site was seamless and smooth. The were a couple of gaps in the craftsmaship; -the demolition of the tub and tile was a little excessive (unncessary repairs to ceiling edge and side edge were required) -the alignment of the new shower heads were about a 1/4" off (because of the tile design - straight subway, the centerline was obvious and amplify what would have probably gone unnoticed. Part of the reasons for the gaps is perhaps due to my lack of guidance regarding the extensiveness of the removal work and my lack of experience to inspect all the new water lines and new alignment. Ken Allision is above board in his deal and will admit when he cannot do something for you. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Ken. I would consider again and recommend Allision Plumbing.

I had a wonderful experience overall. Ken came to install a new water heater in a new location. He rerouted water and drain lines to accommodate a new sink in my garage. Added new water, gas and drain lines for the washer and dryer. Cleaned up before leaving and also before going to lunch. Ken left nothing undone, he even coiled my garden hose after draining the old tank.

The business was called for assistace. A time and date was arranged. At the arranged time and date an experienced and fully equipped employee arrived and in a timely and efficient manner cleared the drains and politely conversed with my wife while he was working.

I have done business with Allison Plumbing for over 10 years. I like the fact they are honest with what they do, they respond quickly and the prices are excellent. They almost always get the job done right the first time.

Did a great job, was very professional, fast and efficient. Left areas of work clean, couldn't tell work was done when he left, that's a plus.
