Tech was there on time and identified the problems and was able to fix the problems on the same day. All went very well.

They were absolutely great - responded quickly, and did a thorough job.

Had a increasingly leaky Kohler shower faucet that was driving me crazy. Rebecca was really helpful on scheduling the repair on the same day and keeping me updated. Doug was very courteous and was able to work through the corrosion to do the repair. Even got the 10% discount and some new caulking. Cost included Kohler parts (which made the repair expensive, but that's the fixture that I had). Just very happy to have gotten this fixed during a rare day off. I'd definitely use them again. I've learned the hard way that plumbing is generally best left to the experts.

They were very good. They were very reasonable. They seemed to be very trustworthy and either guy seemed very honest. This was the first time that we used them.

My experience with Allison Plumbing was good. Their price was a little high.

Actually we really liked Allison Plumbing. He did a very good job. He is just nice and honest. I guess some cliché but I mean he really was. I think the price ended up being lower than anything else we were quoted because that was part of the reason why we went with them. I would give him 'A's all around. I don't think we have anything else to do but yes, if we did we would definitely give him a call.

The plumber Doug arrived early before 9 a.m. as scheduled. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. With the blockage, he was very thorough with his assessment of the problem. Doug ran the snake from the house to the street first and found no blockages. He then ran the snake to the house towards the bathroom and found the blockage which was cleared. With large trees and an older home, Doug was very honest in his assessment of the possible problem. I have used other plumbers which use a scare tactic with showing a camera with tree roots intruding into the sewer line. They have said that the only alternative is to tear up the house and replace the sewer line which would cost thousands of dollars. We have removed some of the larger trees which will hopefully reduce the tree roots intruding into the sewer line, but we will wait and see if the problem continues. In addition, Doug completed other work of tightening a kitchen faucet for a very reasonable rate. Allison Plumbing also honored a coupon which was an outstanding deal for all the work that was completed. Doug also gave honest advice on numerous other plumbing/sewer line concerns. It is very refreshing to see a family run company with honest and integrity in the work that they perform. If I could give a higher rating than A on every category I would. I look forward to using Allison Plumbing in the future!

Allison plumbing did a GREAT job! We called them on a Saturday evening and they were on the job handling a clean out from a roof vent within 1 hour. They were clean, quick and reasonable in their pricing.

We had a leak under the sink. The response to repair/replace was within 4 hours of our initial call. The plumber was very pleasant and professional. The repair/replacement was completed in about one hour. The price for the job was very reasonable. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.

He arrived on time with a smile and completed the task of a main line clean out (from our front yard out to the city line approx 40 ft straight line). We have a big tree in our front yard that requires bi-annual rootering of the roots out of our system. (we LOVE the tree, so..) He accepted our Angie's List discount coupon, finished the job in fifteen mintues, cleaned up and was gone. This was a straight-forward job, no sinks or bends or complications, just a straight line rooter job (just the kind of job where plumbers always want to talk us into something ELSE). Doug accepted our knowledge about our own diagnosis and did the job. I'm thrilled to FINALLY have a REGULAR PLUMBER. I've never had such a pleasant plumber or an easy, fast no-sales-pitch experience ever before and I've been doing this routine rooter thing for 18 years twice a year at the same address. A nice lady quoted a price over the phone (didn't ham & haw like..."Welllll, it may be more, we'll have to come out there and see it first " B.S.). I understand it's a small family-owned business. Whatever, they seem to care about keeping their customers.

They came out promptly because I had a clogged drain. I called and they got a guy out here because a drain was overflowing in the kitchen and he came to clean out that area. He took all the water out of the sink, removed the dishwasher and cut a new pipe. He did all of that work for less than $150. I can't complain and to me I wasn't overcharged, it was an emergency call and I was happy with the service.

After inspecting the whole house plumbing he suspected that the cause might be a slab leak but did not have the necessary equipment to detect the slab leak so he referred me to the American Leak Detection company. He did not charge me anything for the house call.

We purchased a fixer house that we knew going in was going to need some TLC, including a repipe. In our due diligence, we received quotes from 3 or so plumbers for our repipe. The two other plumbers who came through peeked around here and there, and gave us fairly high estimates for a pex repipe and were told that copper would cost more than that. They tried convincing us that pex was the way to go and copper would go out of style because pex is cheaper and easier to install, thereby costing less in labor. After researching pex, we found some people had a lot of problems with it so we were nervous about paying someone to repipe our house with it. What impressed us the most about Allison Plumbing, and what made them stand out to us, is that the plumber not only peeked around to give us an estimate, but truly took the time to crawl around in the crawl space and measure things to ensure he gave us an accurate quote. He came off to us not only as professional but very detailed. Between his professionalism, and that he gave us an affordable quote for a copper repipe, we decided going with him was a no brainer. He will be starting our repipe next week. I would definitely recommend him to any of our friends and family who need plumbing work.

They came out in November and then they did some work but then I was going away. They did some work and then they wrapped up that segment of it and then they came back when they said they would and one of them came and he called in, a higher up guy, I think it was one of the owners because there was part of it that needed some equipment and then when he came back, he finished it up himself. He explained everything and he did everything. He didn't do what I didn't want him to do, they made some recommendations that I wasn't going to go with about getting a new toilet and I didn't go with that. Something was stuck at the hose coming back up to the tub so they did some testing and checked 2 directions, was it clogged up between there and the street over the clogged up between there and the kitchen and once they determined where that was. They found out that the toilet to the street was okay but it was already at the roof so since he had all of his equipment all the way up so by the time the second guy came, I really think it wasn't needed but he was already there with his equipments so he roto-rootered it down to the street and I had to pay for that so that bothered me but I realized he had already done the work. Actually the roto-rootering wasn't a big deal, it was getting all that equipment up and set up it was lame but they charged me for that even though it may not have been necessary but that was all in retrospect so I just ran with that. They got under the house, when he came back to do was actually replaced 2 large pipes under the house. He took care of that, that's what they did when they came back. They did the first part cleared out and then I was away anyway so the pipe wasn't gonna be used and then when I came back, they came back when they said they would and they replaced the pipe. He did made a dent in the wood of my hallway when he dropped something but the actual piping part and the actual repair part of the job was okay.
