Allison Plumbing

A previous plumber told me that I needed to replace this part, but they were very expensive. Therefore I called another plumber whose price was reasonable but there schedule was pretty full and could not get to me right away. So I called Allison Plumbing and they were able to come out right away and the price was reasonable. The plumber from Allison checked to make sure I needed this part and I did. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. Before leaving he checked to make sure water pressure was good. I liked that he checked before and after. They took care of this big headache for us.

I had a bathtub clogged as well as a clogged sink. The sink's pipes were old and broken. I had them fix all both drains and the plumbing under the sink. I feel the pricing was very good due to the fact Roto Rooter would have charged me a lot more. Doug did the service and was professional and polite. They were very punctual and I will use them again.

Called Ken and he said would try to get someone out as soon as possible. Doug showed up 30 minutes later. Very professional, fixed the problem in less than a hour.

He did a great job. He worked around our schedules, showed up on time, and performed the job with very little disturbance to the drywall. He also had to climb up into the attic where there is very little space to move, but was able to complete the job efficiently. He did not leave a mess and was always very professional, as was Rebecca, who we dealt with on the phone a few times for scheduling purposes.

Can't say enough good things about Ken and his crew, Hutch and Gabe. Took approximately 3 days to completely repipe our two story home to eliminate all the under foundation piping that was 40 years old. We had an insurance claim on a pipe that leaked and destroyed our kitchen. Under Ken's supervision, he and his staff were extremely knowledgable, self starters, and able to work independently with the same skill and quality of workmanship as Ken. The project was a challenge but Allison Plumbing tackled it all in stride and was faithful to the estimate. We were able to apply an Angie's list discount along with a credit for some demo work we could do ourselves. We are extremely appreciative since this work was beyond the scope of the insurance reimbursement but certainly have given a great deal of piece of mind. All the reviews acknowledging a positive experience are right on the mark. I hired Allison Plumbing based on the reviews and was not disappointed. The original company I intended to hire was not only more expensive but the description of their proposal would not have been as professional and had too many built-in exceptions that would have increased the price substantially more. Last but not least, since our project is essentially a complete kitchen remodel, Ken referred us to other contractors for electrical, drywall and tile. So far we have used to of them and again, the work ethic, professionalism, skill and quality have been equal to the plumbing work. I would highly recommend Ken Allison and his crew. You will not be disappointed.

My daughter said he did a great job. The big deal was for $89 but we had to pay more. The quality is great, nothing has leaked since he did it. He was very professional.

The company was very responsive to my concerns, and immediately requested to review some photos I had taken of the work before the owner was free to discuss the matter with me. Ken called me in the evening (I'm sure this was after-hours for him) to discuss the issue that I had, and, after reviewing the photos and discussing the concerns I had, assured me that it would not be necessary for him to perform any work on the plumbing in question. Both Ken and his wife (I don't recall her name) went out of their way to help me and respond to my concerns quickly (I had the discussion with Ken the same evening of my initial call). When a homeowner is convinced that something is wrong in their home, it becomes easy to spend money. I was prepare to do so in this case. Both Ken and his wife struck me as people of integrity, and were very professional with me. I won't hesitate to contact them in the future if I have any plumbing issues.

Allison Plumbing did a fantastic job with the re-piping of our home. They are so knowledgeable and professional. This was the second time we had used Allison Plumbing. The first was for our water heater and various valve replacements. Both services were performed in an extremely timely fashion with no problems / "surprises" with the completed work. They even redid some other plumbing work we had done to bring it up to their standards - perfection! We will never worry about their plumbing work behind our walls. We will be calling Allison Plumbing for any and all future plumbing needs and we have been singing their praises ever since they finished the job! Thank you, Allison Plumbing, for a job well done.

My overall concern was that on of my showers was not draining properly. Although not an emergency, it alerted me that there could be a growing problem; and who wants to stand in cold water whilst showering in the tub? yuck.....I also asked that the main line be checked, which was the initial process and it was smooth clear. Yeah! Then the showering was snaked to find the hidden jewel and typical expectation of hair clog. A worth while visit and I'm very impressed with how fast the service went! I'll use "they" to protect the innocence of my service providers - just in case that's prohibited but I was/am very thankful for their courteous, professional and the fun loving nature of the Allison Plumbing family.

Made the phone call at 8am or so for service. Doug came within an hour. Pleasant and professional and got right to work. We had ignored our disposal and duct taped it to keep it alive. Appreciated that I didn't get teased too much for that! What an absolutely easy, fair and excellent service. We would HIGHLY recommend Allison Plumbing.

When I called, Rebecca was very empathetic on the phone. I had a blockage in the main line and she was able to schedule me that afternoon. She text me to let me know the plumber was running a little later than expected. He arrived when she said he would. Doug was very nice and professional. I was very happy with the service I received. And Rebecca text me a couple days later to see how everything was working. Very good customer service.

Doug arrived on time, quoted a fair price and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very professional and left the premises very clean.

All went well. They set up a time with my tenant, called me when it was completed and emailed me an invoice. All was very easy for me, and the issues were pretty small. They did a great job. Professional, responsive, and I'd use them again.

Doug was amazing! Diagnosed and fixed the problem fast and efficiently. Had to deal with a built in cabinet surrounding the water heater and is an EXCELLENT CLIMBER!! I will use this company again and would not hesitate to refer them to others!!

I apologize, I don't remember the plumber's name- Doug I think?. Anyway he came and saved the day. Got rid of the blockage, and installed new disposal. They even allowed me to purchase a disposal and installed it for a reasonable price on a Saturday afternoon. He told me ahead of time what it would cost, and that never deviated. He was very tired- lots of overtime, but very professional and did he job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up his mess and was out in a an hour and a half. They did a great job and I am so glad I used angie's list to find someone in my area.

Allison was very empathetic toward our needs since this occurred on New Year's Day! Everyone was off and Allison was full of appointments the following day of January 2nd. She was very encouraging and informed me that maybe the Mainline was backing things up and that they would get someone out. Doug came out and checked everything out. Knowledge with humor, he solved the problem within 45 minutes. Ran the snake and unclogged the pipes....Great Job! This is my second time using their services withing the last 5 months. They are always warm, friendly, and caring to assist with your immediate need. Great Team and wonderful service! You have a pluming need....this is the team that will help!

The water heaters did fine. They were done in about an hour and a half.

Online service request was promptly returned and work was scheduled for later in the week. Received a call shortly before the appointment to confirm the technician was on the way. Diagnosed one of the issues as an improperly installed toilet flange causing leakage. Re-anchored the flange and toilet, leveled and caulked. Very impressed with the quality of work done.

I called Allison Plumbing early on the morning of November 6, 2014 to ask if they had a plumber who could come out that day because I had a water pipe that was leaking. I was told that I would receive a call back when they knew what time the plumber would be available. That afternoon I did receive a call and was told the approximate time the plumber would be at my house. The plumber, Doug, arrived within the time frame I was told and gave me an estimate which I accepted. He then proceeded to replace the section of pipe that was leaking. Within 2 hours the job was complete. Doug was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely call Allison Plumbing again. I will refer Allison Plumbing to anyone who asks if I know a good, reliable plumbing company. Thank you Allison Plumbing, I appreciate you.

Great work, fast and accurate. I requested an estimate for a future project and would feel extremely comfortable having them back to complete it. They were very professional and helpful and answered all my questions.
