Were extremely professional and kind. Knowing it was an emergency, fit us in even though they were fully booked. We will use them again.

Doug was personable and obviously knew his profession. Since another toilet was just as old, I had him do that one also. Rebecca in the office called for scheduling and worked hard to accommodate me. She called after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was free ?

Doug, Joel and Hutch all worked on our home for several days. They were very professional! Doug returned to fix minor adjustments. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work. Rebecca in the office is a pleasure to work with.

I had flooded bathroom floor, which apparently happened overnight. Allison Plumbing was able to respond to my call very quickly ... within 2 or 3 hours from the time I discovered the problem. Additionally, they (Rebecca) offered me some advice to try to help me stem the leaking until they arrived. Turned out to be a slab leak, which was repaired the next day. Doug (the plumber) was very responsive to my desire to have minimal floor (tile) damage, and I am/was very grateful for how he managed to contain the repair to such a small area. Really liked this company and the great customer service. I'd highly recommend them.

Bravo to Allison Plumbing! After seeing all the wonderful reviews about Allison Plumbing (and seeing negative reviews on competitors who charged more), we called and the owner Ken came out for a quote on replacing our bathtub and wall surround. We?re writing a review because we were thrilled with the results and with the workmanship of Allison Plumbing. The owner ?Ken? was in charge and oversaw the project, advising and providing valuable input. Their worker ?Hutch? noticed a defect on the tub and insisted on replacing it. Dry wall could have covered one of the defects, but he insisted, being the perfectionist he is, and we were grateful. Hutch called Lowe?s to see if another tub was available and he and Jonny drove the defected tub back to Lowe?s, exchanged it for another one, and drove it back to our place. They were the most conscientious workers we?ve ever seen. After removing the old tub and wall surround, they discovered huge plumbing errors from the original construction which required a LOT of time and effort to fix. They were a great team. Hutch knew just what to do and took extra time to do it right. Jonny pointed out that it was necessary to allow extra room to drill around the flared wall to allow for the spout and shower head. The wall surround we chose had poor reviews because of the difficulty with the install of that specific wall. Many of those customers who bought the tub wall surround and did it themselves didn?t allow for the extra space needed to drill the holes for the spout and shower head and ruined their own walls. Those people gave up and opted for tile instead. We bought the wall surround anyway because we trusted Allison Plumbing to do the job right and we couldn?t be more pleased! We can?t stop looking at the finished product! Thank you Allison Plumbing! We highly recommend them!

The initial call was for broken pvc pipe under kitchen sink. When Doug from Allison Plumbing arrived we agreed all pipes should be replaced. He arrived on time and negotiated a fair price for the work.

I was hesitant as I've not seen low-flow toilets that work well and I don't care for the low profile tank look. They replaced it with a well functioning low flow toilet that looks like a traditional one. And, because we had a new self-closing lid on our old toilet, they provided a new one to fit the new toilet. They went above and beyond in the customer service department!

I had 2 estimates. Ken's estimate was a little higher but he included everything. After I added up everything needed to be done, the estmate from the other company was actually higher and the person who did the estimate is not part of the working crew. I also didn't like the scare tactic he used about the need for asbestos testing. The asbestos testing alone from the company he recommended was $900 (not included in the estimate). I had my friend collected the samples & sent them to lab in LA for much cheaper (instructions on the Internet). Ken did the estimate & he is also in charge of the crew. Kent's crew came on time everyday. What amazed me was the fact that there was no flying dust, nor extra dust on the furnitures when they knocked down the walls. Someone had the vacuum ready at all time. They did cover part of the carpet for going in & out . Each person knows what he supposed to do, very organized crew and very professional. No one smoked & no one left trash on the yard. At the end of the day, they left the place clean. If it wasn't for the holes on the walls, the tenants wouldn't be able to tell that they had been there. They finished the job on time. I am very pleased with the job they did and I would highly recommend Allison plumbing.

Allison Plumbing replaced an old cracked toilet and valve. Everything about this company was great. The tech was punctual and nice. The customer service was friendly and accommodating, and the price was good. I will definitely call this plumbing service again.

After the technicians examined the problem, they suggested that before they perform that work I should have the septic tank pumped. They told me that they would come back if that was needed. Upon their recommendation I did have the septic pumped, but it didn't eliminate the problem, so I called to make another appointment for them to come out and they were back within a few hours! Again the inspected everything and told me that the line did not need to be roto-rootered, but rather because of the back up there was a minor clog in the sink area. I believe that they saved me money by checking things out for themselves, rather than just showing up and performing the job I had originally requested they do. After they fixed the problem, they made recommendations on products that I could use to help the septic system perform better in the future. My first Angie's List experience was terrific, because of Allison Plumbing.

Company corresponded very effectively prior to service to set up an appointment. Plumber was on time, professional, and provided service described. We have had no issues sense the service. Would highly recommend.

Kenny from Allison Plumbing came with his employee on 4/21/15 to fix some issues in my mobile home. I have used Allison Plumbing in the past, and am happy to say that I was just as pleased with the work they did this time as the times before. When they got to my home and I told Kenny my issues, he took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with the dishwasher and toilet, explained what he was going to do to fix the problem, along with running a line to the ice maker where there previously had been none. He told me the cost of each, which I thought seemed like a totally fair price. When they were finished, they left the areas as clean as they found them, which is something I appreciate and not all workmen do. I was definitely a happy camper when they left and not only will I use them again, but I will recommend them to anyone I know that could use their services!

I had just had my upstairs bathroom tore out for a renovation. The tear out team left and within minutes I had water dripping from my 2nd story loft. I called a few plumbers who told me they couldn't come to my house till later in the afternoon and I was panicked. I looked on Angie's List for a plumber in my area and found Allison's Plumbing. Rebecca was so nice and told me she could re-route a technician to my house. He arrived with in 10-15 minutes. I was so thankful.

ALLISON called me on the morning of the 29th with a time, tech showed up on time took a look at the problem and went to work, the job took and hour and he was gone.

I placed a call to Allison Plumbing on Saturday, not expecting to hear back until Monday. However, I did receive a call back within the hour and even though they do not work on weekends, they did schedule a time for Monday. They worked with my schedule on Monday, were very professional, clean, knowledgeable and reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

Called provider for a slow leak of the regulator. They scheduled service for the next da, as they were booked for that day. Within a few hours the leak was excessive. Called them back, and the owner of the business was at hour house in about an hour to assess. Had own of his employees out in a couple of hours and repairs were made. I told the owner Ken we would be out of the house at that time and he said not to worry about it, they could could pick up a check later or we could send it in. That is almost unheard of these days. I am very pleased with the service and workmanship provided.

They were great! Fixed both toilets so they are running nicely.

It was fine. There was no special deal/ discount with them.

It went well. It seems that there was an issue with the replacement for the shower -it is all the did. I called and the readily sent someone again to modify the situation and it now works great. It was nice that they had great customer service and came back without an issue.

If I could give an A+ to all of the categories I would definitely do so. Ken Allison and his associates Johnny and Hutch were complete professionals and they got right down to business from the moment they arrived. They replaced copper water lines that were installed 10 years ago on an addition I had built, but hired a "plumber" based on a reference. The material was substandard (type "M") and the lines had leaked at least three times over the past year. Ken and his team, despite the poorly configured arrangement the previous plumber had performed, replaced the lines with care and the amount of invasiveness to the interior/exterior walls was minimal with clean, straight cuts, which made for easy patchwork to the walls afterwards. I was a union carpenter by trade for fifteen years and believe me, I know good work when I see it. On top of his work, Ken was the consummate professional, and I feel very lucky to have found him on Angie's List. It feels good knowing I found an honest and hardworking individual like Ken who treated my house like it was his own. Thanks Ken!

Showed up on time, quickly assessed the situation and provided three possible causes / solutions. Clearly explained the reason and his recommendations. The quoted service was for $275, which is over $1000 less expensive than another plumbing company quoted us. All work completed and cleaned up in less than two hours. I found Allison plumbing easy to work with, fair and honest. I would use confidently use them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Hutch was wonderful! He came the same day. He was personable, informative, and most of all, professional. He took the time to make sure we got what we needed. I will definitely call Allison's Plumbing the next time I need it. It's such a relief to know I finally have a reliable plumber! jackie

I placed a call to Allison Plumbing with the issue of a stopped up toliet. Within two hours Doug responded and cleared the problem. He was punctual, polite and professional.
