All City Plumbing

We had a pipe burst outside our house that connected to the city water service, and our water had to be shut off until it was repaired. I called a few plumbers who were not available, and then called All City Plumbers. They were able to come out immediately in the evening. The woman who set up the appointment was very detailed and helpful. I immediately received texts and emails with the job description, the ETA of the plumber, as well as a photo of the plumber and additional information about him. I really appreciated all of this info and it was very seamless in the presentation and delivery. The plumber who did the job, Myron, was probably the best plumber I have have dealt with! He was friendly, smart, and expert, and most importantly got the job done, and quickly! The price was very reasonable and his van with all of his equipment was state of the art. I could go on and on about how amazing Myron and Ally City Plumbers are and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Joseph Rand was my technician. He did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted and then going above and beyond in providing what I asked for. I wanted to proactively replace my 23 year old water heater. With his guidance I ended up with a solid dependable water heater expertly installed. He clearly explained various water heater attributes and warranty options. His attention to detail was evident in his clean up and checking of fixtures before leaving.

All City Plumbing is my go-to plumbing company; I can always count on them. Their plumbers are experienced, hard-working, and put the customer first. I called them recently for what turned out to be a major problem and Antonio was great. He went beyond the call of duty. And Max, his assistant, is definitely learning to follow in his footsteps.

I was met with a slab leak as a first time home owner one a year deep into ownership. I was overwhelmed and had no clue what company or what to do. After talking with 3 other companies Parker Russel came in from All City Plumbing and I knew HE was it. He was incredibly patient, detailed and really helped me during a time of stress. I come from a background of customer service and Parker was the best I have had the pleasure of working with. Within a short amount of time I fully trusted his input and professional advice. A couple days in and Dylan Allee came in to help with the full repipe and tankless water tank. They were an amazing team and Dylan was a hard worker that was willing to step in and work long hours to push the completion of the project. He was just as amazing and they were a real dream team. The work completed was amazing, detailed and well planned out. I never felt out of the loop and I genuinely would only reach out to Parker for any of my plumbing needs. I’ve had multiple projects in my home and they are the only ones I can honestly say that I genuinely enjoyed having them in my home. All City is lucky to have the two of them and they are an exemplary model of an employee and representative of the company. All City you have 2 people that would have me use your company in the future. Thank you Parker and Dylan!

Once again had Ivan come out to fix some plumbing issues! This time, we had a broken valve and a leaking toilet. Ivan immediately knew what to check for and got all work completed in a timely manner! Very pleased with his professionalism and service!

This company is horrible. Absolutely call someone else. Absolutely do not go with All City Plumbing for your plumbing needs. The Customer Service is awful. The plumbers do not have any idea what they are doing. I know 5-year-old kids that understand, hot is on the left, and water flows downhill. All-City Plumbing can't even get the basics correct. The Plumbers of All City Plumbing are more apt to sell you stuff that they are unable to install. they will sell you stuff do not need and install it incorrectly so that you can PAY MOR FOR FOR YOUR PROJECT They will install junk you do not need, and install it incorrectly to fix the issue you had and charge you more for what you need. You will end up with noisy pipes, shotty work, and showers that do not work. This company will not follow up and will take your money and leave you hanging with your original problem. I have been dealing with this company for two months. I called them for a leak. and have ended up with more problems than I had to begin with. Absolutely do not do business with all city plumbing, They are absolutely one of the worst companies to work on your project. You will be more successful either doing it yourself or calling another plumbing company.

Thank you to the team at All City Plumbing Dylan Allee, Parker, Russell, Myron and Floy... I called at 8 pm on a week night with a plumbing emergency, and by 9pm Myron showed up! He was so friendly and down to Earth. I really appreciated his experience. He went straight to my problem and was able to detect almost instantly that my shower had been disconnected (broke) at the drain. He showed me pictures, and was NOT afraid to get dirty even though it was muddy from all the rain. By 10 pm I had a quote with every scenario possible from Myron and All City Plumbing in WRITING to my email! Myron talked to me, and didn't make me feel dumb because I am a female and don't know a whole lot about plumbing. I honestly really appreciate that more than words can express. We decided to re-pipe, re-drain, install tankless water heater, water softener, new water IN from street and spigets in front yard! Our entire house mostly had original plumbing from 1951 when the house was built. They were not more expensive than other quotes I received, but the company had much better reviews online, many more reviews too, which just made sense. I nearly fell out of my seat when Myron said he could have the work done in 5 days. I almost did not believe him. They have wonderful in house financing too! I was able to get the entire amount financed with terms that I chose. Fast forward to just a few days later...I have a whole team working as promised and BOY ARE THEY FAST! The whole team was punctual, considerate, capable and very hard working. Dylan Allee, Parker, Russell, Myron and Floy...I cannot thank you enough. Do NOT let the younger ones fool you, they know what they are doing! I am so impressed with every single one of them and how HARD they worked to get my job finished ON TIME! Every single person that worked on this job went above and beyond honestly, so much so, I had to give them this review. I just moved, just got this money pit of a house, I know that the quality of work done will last for years to come with a nice guarantee from the company that did the work. Worth every penny. Thanks Guys for doing exactly what you said you would, and more, and THANK YOU for finishing ON TIME! Honesty and transparency is what you get with them, and that is rare in todays business world. Do not hesitate to give them a call if you need a plumber. I will only ever use these guys for plumbing, and I have them on speed dial. Outstanding service, I cannot rant enough. Highly recommend! I am so glad I did not try to install our new dishwasher myself. Joseph Rand came out from All City Plumbing. We had some difficult existing conditions and our technician finished the job fast, clean and made it look easy. When I call All City back to my home for another job I will request to have Joseph come out..

Raymond Varela was extremely professional and timely. He explained things clearly and was able to locate and fix the clog quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with this service. The entire system for All City Plumbing that was used was also very cool. Photos, emails, info, recommendations are all sent to my email and everyone during this interaction was great. From the first request on yelp to the final signatures.

I had a large leakage coming from my garage that led to my kitchen. I contacted All City Plumbing and thanks to Alfonso, everything was fixed. He was very patient and kept me updated with what he was doing. I had a great experience and would highly recommend asking for Alfonso to get the job done.

Dylan Alee from All City Plumbing was fantastic! He installed my new water heater and reconnected my stove and dryer that had been installed incorrectly by a different plumber. Not only is he a skilled and efficient plumber, he's a really nice guy. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

The problem was with the master bedroom shower, which had no hot water. The shower head was checked, the tankless water heater checked, and the problem was identified as the cartridge setting. Mr. Gonzalez reset the cartridge. I was not charged for his service. A very pleasant surprise.

Brett was AWESOME and was the only plumber to locate water shutoff in within my unit. Scheduling the appointment was also easy, and the staff (including Brett) were all very communicative. Highly recommend this company.

I called All City Plumbing for a pipe leak at my recirculating pump. I called at 2:40pm and the tech Alfonso was at my house by 4pm. All City Plumbing dispatch was friendly, professional, and offered an appointment the same day. Their tech, Alfonso Gonzalez, was knowledgable, professional, respectful, and he cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain the issue and shared some tips on what to do if I encounter another leak. I would highly recommend this company and their tech, Alfonso. I'm grateful for their quick response time and excellent service, especially the day after Thanksgiving.

Joseph Rand and All City Plumbing did a. Excellent job. They were very responsive. Joseph offered a variety of choices in different price points for my repair
