Sergio and Carlos were professional and easy to work with. They explained the process of clearing out my cast iron pipe that was impacted with roots. They were able to hydrojet and descale the entire area. We're happy to have a highly functional bathroom again. I highly recommend All City.

From the moment he took a look at the water heater, he was able to identify the core problems and the most effective solutions to get us not only our hot water back, but also to remedy broader plumbing issues, related to, for example, hard water and residential water pressure levels. He helpfully explained everything thoroughly and even interestingly, and provided a straightforward cost estimate for the immediate task at hand which included the whole process from start to finish, from the removal of our old water heater through to the installation of a new one. Then he got to work and got it all done very well and quickly within a few hours that same day, with a meticulous and careful eye to detail. Highly recommended.

unior Maldonado came out to my house and did a thorough check on my plumbing after multiple plumbers came out and not being able to do a camera inspection for me. Junior was able to show us that there was a broken pipe and roots on it. Which had been causing me a lot of problems and money for a long time now. However, unlike the previous plumbers that I have talked to, he was the only one who was about to offer a solution I liked. I hired Joseph from All City Plumbing to install a wifi-enabled leak monitoring system in my home. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained the benefits of the system, how it works, and how to use the app to control it. He also answered all my questions and gave me some tips on how to save water and prevent leaks. The installation was done quickly and neatly, with minimal disruption to my water supply. The system is installed on the main water line to the home, so it can monitor all the water going into the house. It can detect leaks, abnormal water usage, and even shut off the water automatically in case of an emergency. I can also monitor and adjust the water flow from my smartphone, which is very convenient. I am very happy with the service and the product that Joseph provided. I called All City because I knew I needed a new toilet. They sent over David and he was very professional and he knew what he was doing. The toilet and sinks in my house were very outdated and David was able to replace my toilet, shower head, kitchen and bathroom sink. Junior Maldonado was the one to arrive to fix my toilet here in Upland. Not only did he fix it but he made sure I was aware of what was going to happen and how he was going to fix it. On top of that, he had a great attitude and cleaned up everything without leaving a mess when he was done. Mike and Sam with All City Plumbing are amazing!! We recently had a burst pipe between our master bathroom and kitchen. As soon as we noticed water coming up from the kitchen floor, we immediately called Mike. We have worked with Mike in the past, and as expected, he was fantastic. This was our first experience working with Sam, and he was just as fantastic. They are honest, professional, kind, and empathetic. Due to the age of our house and recurring plumbing issues, we decided to do a re-pipe. We have a 4 bedroom / 2 bath house, and they completed the re-pipe in a single day.
