Paul Todak was fantastic. Had a quick job that honestly I could have taken care of, but didn't have the time. No issue is too small, he came out and knocked it out very quickly! Will be calling back again without hesitation!

I called the company and they sent someone the same day. Mr Brown showed to my door and introduced himself. He was very courteous and also spoke and introduced himself to my whole family that was in the living room when he arrived. I immediately became comfortable with Mr Brown as I showed him to my leaking shower head. He very quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me options on repairing. If I’m being truthful, I believe the pricing is kind of high, but I would rather have someone with 30+ years in experience working on my home, regardless the price. Mr Brown was able to take care of my issue the same day and did an outstanding job. Great job All City Plumbing!!!

I hired All City Plumbing to inspect my waste removal system prior to some foundation repair work. Joseph from ACP was very professional and informative, taking his time to walk around the property and explain what he was going to do. Afterwards, he performed another walk-around to explain his findings, and showed me pictures and video as well. I would highly recommend Joseph and ACP for your plumbing needs.

First off, let me start by saying that I have a 5 year old autistic little boy that freaks out when we have visitors. With our plumber Troy, this was not the case. My son absolutely loved Troy, and Troy was kind enough to play with my son for about 10 minutes. I almost forgot why I called him. Anyway, we talked for about 20 more minutes before we got to the reason why he was at my home. By this time, I was already completely comfortable with him. He could have sold me an airplane at this point, and I would have bought it. Once we got to my issue, Troy took his time to diagnose my problem, explained it to me and gave me several options on how we can go about repairing it. Mr Troy was absolutely AWESOME.....i recommend asking for him if you ever decide to use All City Plumbing, which I strongly recommend as well. I commend the office staff at All City as well for getting the best plumber ever to come out the same day. If you unfortunately have any plumbing issues and you want 5 Star service, do yourself a favor and call All City Plumbing.

Ivan G was prompt and friendly. He did a thorough inspection and laid out my options to me in detail. He provided more than one option. He came back the next day and completed the job effectively

My electric water heater died. I called All City. Troy and Alex showed up within a few hours and diagnosed the problem. Ultimately they had to replace the water heater. They were quick and efficient. They made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. They even improved our water pressure with some minor adjustments. Thank you Troy and Alex.

Troy was amazing he took his time to find the leak. Once it was found he took the time to explain the process to fix it and then what he needed to do next. Troy made sure to answer all our questions as well as left him number incase we thought of anything later.

We used All City Plumbing for an angle stop valve behind the toilet that was leaking. They answered my call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Around 40mins before the plumber arrived I got a text that told me who was coming to my house, a short bio about him, and an estimated time of arrival. The plumber, Joel Diaz, arrived to my house at the beginning of the appointment window and was very kind and courteous. Joel quickly evaluated the leak, had a plan to fix the leak, and gave me a no pressure proposal and quote. I agreed and he got to work immediately. Joel installed a higher quality valve than what was initially installed and I feel very confident that the valve will hold up a long time. Joel is a very nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to show me what he was doing. He also finished the install extremely fast and left no mess at all. I was very impressed with Joel's work. I recommend anyone to use All City Plumbing (hopefully you get Joel!), and I will as well for any future plumbing needs.

My main drain line clogged and backed up so I did a quick search on google for near by plumbing company’s and saw that all city plumbing had more then 5k good reviews so I decided to call them and I was not disappointed. When Manuel arrived on a Sunday evening to assess the job he was very knowledgeable and professional. I scheduled with him to return the following day to perform a hydro jet cleaning of my main line and the rest of the house drain lines. The following day Manuel and Carlos arrived on time and got to work immediately clearing the drain lines and then running a camera through the drain lines verifying the lines were clear. I am very impressed with the service Manuel and all city plumbing provided I will definitely use all city in the future with any of my plumbing needs and will highly recommend all city plumbing to my Nabors, friends and family.

Ruben Silva save the day! We were in a jam. Our home is on septic and an auxiliary bathroom connects to a septic pump. At a recent event the pump failed. It’s not a typical plumbing problem so we were hesitant to find a new plumbing service. Thank goodness we found All City Plumbing. We remembered their sharp trucks around town and when searching online they came up. Their online onboarding to create and appointment is straightforward and encouraging. Sure enough their plumber, Ruben Silva, arrived on-time on a holiday weekend as well. He assessed the situation and was very impressed his knowledge of our unique situation. He describe what he was going to do and showed us in writing. Ruben did exactly what he said and solved our dilemma. Ruben was cool and confident about his ability as his expertise showed it. Above all he was a gentleman and represented his profession and All City plumbing well. We will surely call on them next time we have an issue.

A+ for customer service, quality of work, communication speed and efficiency, and professionalism... Came home from Boy Scout camp on Sunday looking forward to a nice hot shower, only to find out the water heater had decided to die. With a household consisting of smelly Scouters and teenage girls, we needed a fix ASAP. I gave All City a call which was immediately answered by a very helpful lady who was able to dispatch a plumber to our house in just 1-2 hours - ON A SUNDAY. Myron came out and was able to replace an old water heater and a pressure regulator in just several hours. But during his repair, he noticed that we had been leaking hot water from somewhere in the line and suspected that we may have a slab leak - everyone's worst nightmare. That same night he called over his colleague, Joseph who specializes in slab leak diagnostics and repair. The two of them worked on it until 10:30 PM Sunday night to make sure the problem was diagnosed with certainty and to put a repair plan in place. The scheduled pipe re-routing repair was completed with expert speed and accuracy on another day soon after. We couldn't be happier with the job that Myron and Joseph did. With their help, we were able to avoid having catastrophic water damage. They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and honest individuals who genuinely want to help. I feel the pricing was very fair and transparent, especially for having the peace of mind that you paying for the highest of quality. David Martinez came to my salon and immediately introduced himself and ask what was the issue.
