All city plumbing is amazing. Noticed a water leak on the first floor and Mike and Sam arrived quickly to identify the problem. Not to mention on New Year’s Day. Mike and Sam were extremely professional and so thorough with not only their inspection and assessment, but explaining in laymans terms on what the problem was. Was feeling extremely overwhelmed and stressed but felt more at ease speaking with them and being prepared for the next steps. I would highly recommend all city plumbing - fast response, so much experience and expertise, professional, and wonderful customer service. What started off to be a rough 2024 looks a little brighter after working with all city plumbing. Thanks so much Mike and Sam!!

Tech Lary was sent out after our toilet backed up. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done.

5.0 star rating I've used All City Plumbing for multiple plumbing issues these past couple of months. Each time, Joe Pineda has provided great service. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the fix. I appreciate that as a homeowner because the knowledge provided to maintain any fixes made is important. The first time he responded was a clogged toilet and while there we discovered a leak in my garage from our upstairs neighbor. He helped us identify the issue and we were able to get it fixed! I plan on using All City Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Joseph Rand was a pleasure to meet. He went above and beyond his diagnosis and assessment of the problem. As a contractor myself, it is hard to find people who pride themselves in their work. He is very genuine and it all made sense when he stated he was a believer in Jesus. Only God can change a man into someone great. All City Plumbing is the BEST!!! Don’t hire anyone else! We recently purchased an older home that had old galvanized pipes throughout. After searching Yelp for a company with great reviews, we called All City Plumbing. Samuel came out the same day, inspected all of our pipes (including under the house), and provided us with an estimated cost and payment plan options. He also suggested we think about getting a tankless water heating system, and provided the cost of that as well. We thought about it and agreed to the terms. This was on a Wednesday. David, the head technician for our project, and his team started the work that Friday. Samuel remained the project manager for our project too. They finished it IN ONE DAY! By Friday night, we were able to take showers with the greatest water pressure and quickest water heating time we’ve ever had! David came back on Monday to check on us and see if we had any questions or issues. He came back again to meet the city inspector. We felt like we had a partner in David through the entire process and afterwards. He took a lot of care to keep us constantly updated, informed, and made sure we understood & were comfortable with everything. Re-piping an entire house can be an expensive and stressful process, but Samuel, David and the company truly made it easy on us and were worth every penny.

We had a great experience with Robert AKA Bobby , he was called last minute because our water heater was not properly working , he was inspecting and diagnosing the problem in a matter of hours ! Offered us our options and completed entire task the same day , we noticed how knowledgeable he was in his field and professional. We are very thankful for the immediate assistance and would definitely recommend Bobby !

Jazmine in customer service wa very polite and professional. Troy, not sure if he's a manager or head supervisor , but he strikers me as one. He does very good work and communicates very well with the customer. Consider yourself lucky if Troy is the one coming out on your call. however, All City Plumbing is an all around great company. You can't go wrong.

One of the PVC pipes from our sprinkler system had a joint separation and caused flooding within minutes. Troy from All City Plumbing came out and dug out the area to find the issue. Troy was thorough, attentive and will definitely call back should we need repairs in the future. Thanks Troy!

Joseph did a clean professional install

We knew we had an issue with our kitchen line based on a camera inspection after getting it hydrojetted. The plumber that hydrojetted and inspected the line only proposed pipe bursting as a solution to replace the entire line under our slab foundation. I reached out to All City for a second opinion and was lucky enough to have Ivan G & Mike W show up. These guys are pros! They were thorough and inspected not only the kitchen line but the main line as well to get all the facts before proposing a solution. They were communicative the entire time, took and shared videos indicating the problematic spots, and outlined a number of options to solve our plumbing issues. They provided pros/cons for each option including the longevity of each option; spot fixing vs pipe bursting vs re-routing vs full re-pipe. At the end of the day I went with my general contractor for the plumbing re-route work because a majority of the cost/labor wasn’t actually plumbing related, but rather manual labor breaking up the concrete driveway and excavating the front yard to tie into the sewage main. But I was only able to reach the conclusion that a re-route was the best option moving forward because of the assessment and honest advice from Ivan & Mike. While I didn’t go with All City for this job, they’re the first ones I’ll be calling for future plumbing work.

Mr Brown out and diagnosed my tankless. The price to replace was out of my range, but due to his professionalism, knowledge and experience, I will definitely be calling All City Plumbing to fix my issues
