Polite, listened to my problem, prepared an invoice to do the job. He stuck to this price even though the job turned out to be more difficult than I had expected. It turned out that only a few parts were replaced. When done, The price was less then we expected . For any other plumbing problems I would call him back and would refer his company to anyone else.

I called and left a voicemail on 2 consecutive days the week of August 19th with the hope of scheduling an estimate for August 22nd. The message on the voicemail instructs the caller to leave a message and they'll return the call within 5 minutes. Not only did I not receive a callback within 5 minutes, I never received a callback at anytime.

 + -1 moreI could tell he was very honest, caring and clearly wants to make sure the job is done right. He was having difficulty getting some of the old faucets out and was here until 8pm and did not charge me any extra because of it.
Description of Work: I had 5 faucets removed and new ones put in their place. This price did not include the faucets since I purchased them myself. He originally installed the faucets back in December of 2011 and recently came back out for free when one of them had a problem. He also looked at a water purification system for us.

All-City came out and was extremely informative, and considerate. He easily cleared the stoppage via a clean out on the outside of the house. I plan on using All-City for all my future needs.
