My water heater was making a lot of noise. Anthony called 15 minutes prior to arriving. He arrived within the window of time we agreed upon. He looked at my water heater and went over possible problems that could occur when draining the tank. One of which is a plastic faucet that could break off during the draining process. He gave me an estimate for the replacement part. I asked him at that time if I should replace the heater instead of repairing. He discouraged a replacement which proved his integrity and honesty. The plastic part did not break. I will not hesitate to call him back for future work.

Anthony, the plumber from All City Plumbing, called about 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let me know that he was in route to my residence; he arrived on time for our 9:00 am appointment. He brought in a wet vacuum, some plumbing tools, and, of course, the new toilet. The water was removed from the existing toilet using the wet vacuum. The old toilet was removed from the bathroom and taken to Anthony's service truck for subsequent disposal. The new toilet was installed. The new toilet has been in for about a week and it works great! Thanks Anthony.

Last night I found that my hot water heater was leaking. I called Anthony (after hours) with the details. He was able to have his team at my house the next afternoon to inspect and then install the new equipment. Chris and Steve showed up on time and got to work right away. They professionally answered all my questions and completed the work in about 2.5 hrs. The price was a bit more than what I was expecting, but then again, I did not have to wait long to get this issue taken care of either (less than 24hrs). I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

For both jobs, All City Plumbing was terrific. They were on-time, they were very knowledgable and answered all my questions, they're very friendly and courteous, and they charged very fair prices. I'm going to be using them as my plumbers from now on. The next big plumbing job I'll have them do is to replace the shower faucet in my master bathroom.

Did a very thorough job. Replaced hardware stems (leaked) and knobs for both a shower and tub. Replaced valve in master bathroom sink. Old valve leaked. All parts were included in quote. Made sure to replace anything that appeared questionable, rather than just do the basics. Due to problems with fiberglass hole sizes from original installation had to cut larger hole to get to hardware that needed to be replaced. Revised quote based on that and let me decide if I wanted to continue. Customer service was excellent. My old plumber who I had for 15 years had recommended this company. Very pleased and look forward to continuing to use Anthony for all my plumbing needs.

He came the same day I called, stayed late to get it done so we wouldn't have to go without water, explained each step, and offered phone advice in the future for plumbing needs. He was prompt and very professional. He set up the new system so that I could change out parts as needed. I appreciated his willingness to show me the tools used and the techniques in case I wanted to replace my own parts in the future. The shower now works great and is an immense relief to me that I no longer have to keep replacing the washers. Anthony, the plumber, explained everything and answered all my questions. He was prompt and professional, and would be the first one I would call if I ever needed a plumber again.

Our old water heater starting leaking profusely on a Sunday. We called Anthony and he returned our call within 15 minutes. He came out and started the draining process and gave us an estimate. The next day, when the supply store opened he got our new water heater and installed it. While, the price seemed higher than I hoped, he provided good service, was prompt, returned subsequent phone calls when I had further questions, and made suggestions, recommendations and explanations for his work. I would use him for our future plumbing needs.

It went great! The plumber was on time, fixed the issue and even took care of an issue we had not noticed.

Anthony and his assistant were on time, professional and very efficient. He used a pipe wrench that was four times the size of mine to take off the valve it probably cost well over $100. I feel that we got an excellent value for what was done. Anthony is fair and I would highly recommend him.

This job was at a rental, not my residence. The plumber, Anthony Cafagna, called 15 minutes before arriving for our pre-arranged appointment to let me know the exact time he would be arriving so I could meet them at the job site. The plumber and his apprentice were courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what they might encounter in removing the old leaking plastic drain valve and their plan to fix the problem, then they did the repair quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to the use of water in the house. They exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to use their services again.

Anthony (business owner/operator) was friendly, honest, and highly professional. I had previously had a problem with this same plumbing system, and he cleaned up the mess left by the last guy. I watched carefully as Anthony did the work and was pleased with the quality.

We replaced an old kitchen faucet but were not able to stop the slow leak that had developed from one of the valves coming out of the wall under the sink. The next morning we called All City Plumbing and described the problem. Anthony said he could help and gave us a 1-hour window of when he would arrive later in the afternoon. He called at the beginning of the window to say that he was on his way and would be here in 10 minutes. Upon inspection he recommended that the valve be replaced and gave an estimate of what it would cost to complete the job. He had the replacement part available in his van and was able to get the job done fairly quickly. The new valve works, the dripping is gone, problem solved. I would absolutely call Anthony/All City Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

They came and were here on time. They told us what needed to be done and did an excellent job! They were perfect in everything involving their service and I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were great. I called them 1x, had a leak in the garage. They opened a little hole in the wall, tested a few things, but couldnt do the work because it was a fire sprinkler issue. No problem, very courteous and nice. 2nd time, I called Thursday night, and he was leaving for the weekend on Friday afternoon.,He made an appointment for Friday anyway, tshowed up ridiculously on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problem (broken toilet seal) within 1 hour. I made sure they covered R Cucamonga, where we are moving to. These guys are the best.

Very responsive to my call fit me in the same day was on time and fixed the problem with the pilot on my water heater within about 45 minutes provided me a discount cupoun for today and all future visits I will definitely use Anthony and his brother for any plumbing needs in the future

I can not say enough good about this guy. I have used him three times and his quality of work is really good. He has reasonable pricing. I had a leaking faucet and he replaced it with a new one. He is very good. I have been using him for 3 years. He put in a connection line for my water filtration system. He is honest and he is not cheap. I feel comfortable paying him because, of the quality of work. He is reasonable on price. He is personable. He took care of a faucet that was stopping a drawer from closing and he did not stop me. He knows what he is doing. I will continue to use him.

the timing was important because I needed to have the city turn off the water to the house first and then have the faucet replaced and the water turned back on. my first contact with All City was via messaging thru Angie's list on Saturday 5.17. All City responded right away and arranged to come over Sunday morning to have a closer look, at no charge. We agreed to meet between 9-10, he called at 9:15 to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly after. He determined that he could fix it at a very reasonable cost. He could not do this immediately because the water shut off valve was at street level and was stuck. We decided that we should contact the city as we did not want to do any damage to the shut off valve. He said he could come back Monday afternoon after the water had been turned off. I called All City at 9:15 Monday to let him know water would be off by 9:30. I received a call back at 1:15 advising work was completed and the water was turned back on. Very smooth and easy to deal with. I did not have to take any time off from work or wait around between a large window of time. Very Professional, in uniform, driving a company van... fridge magnet and business card in hand. He knows what he is doing. I am very pleased to have this done. Thanks All City.
