Work was of good quality. Had the company replace a bad pressure regulator on my house.

Matthew was outstanding. He spent two days working at our house. He was very professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing. We reviewed the cam shots of the line and the integrity of our pipes. We plan to follow the cleaning regimen he recommended once every two months to avoid future backups.

I use them about once a year. I like that he was honest and professional and he told me the best way to go for me and not for him, as far as financially. He could've charged me all this extra stuff and tried to do all this stuff I didn't need, but he was honest with me about what I needed and we went from there. To make the service better, he could make the price more affordable. For what I had done they gave me like a thirty day warranty, but I guess the price was average for a plumber. On quality, I would say it lasted for about a year, so I would say A.

Joey was on time, professional, friendy, offered options for service, wore booties and did not step on the flowers! Both drains were cleaned and it did not take long. I was especially pleased that All CIty dispatcher scheduled the appointment so quickly... the same week! It was only about 3 days after I called. I will call All City for any future plumbing issues and recommend you do the same.

Mr. Ezequiel Ojeda from All city Plumbing came, took care of the problem, was very professional, courteous and gave valuable advice. They were courteous in responding to our schedule. We sincerely appreciated his expertise and his patience with questions. I highly recommend All City Plumbing and Mr. Ojeda and will for sure be calling them back for any future issues. A+++++

Called on a Saturday morning. The plumber came out the same day in the time frame given to me by dispatch. The plumber explained the problem, gave me a price, went to get the proper cartridge from a local retailer, and returned to fix the problem to my satisfaction.

After purchasing deal from Angie's List, I was contacted in about an hour. Scheduled me for same day. Got a call from the technician who was able to come even earlier than was expected. Very professional. Job completed. I would definitely call All City again.

We paid them to come out and do a diagnostic of an older home we had purchased. They said that everything was working just fine, but our contractors who were doing some work in our bathroom found a problem with the drainage system that ended up costing us $4000. Our plumbing wasn't even connected to the city drains, sewage was just dumping under the house and in the backyard. Not only did All city plumbing not catch this major issue, but when I asked for a refund for the money I paid them, the manager gave me a hard time and I still have yet to see that refund check. Horrible experience with both their work and their customer service.

Excellent service from Steven. All I can say is I'm glad I didn't attempt it myself. A lot of elbow grease went in removing the old spigots. Steven also set it up, so it'll be easier to replace in the future.

It went great! The technician showed up on time and was very kind and understanding about my old water heater. He did an excellent job and it was clear that he hoped the heater would withstand the flush without needing further repair or replacement. (I'm recently widowed and trying to "hold down the fort" for myself and our two kids, so I've come to appreciate honest technicians more and more!)

They dug up the sewer main line, made a pipe repair and installed a new 2 way clean out.These guys were great they arrived on time, solved the problem at a very reasonable price while doing a very professional job!

Our appointment time was between 8am- 11am. Our plumber Kris called at 7:58am to let us know he was a couple minutes away. He was very prompt and shortly after arriving Kris located the problem. He left to get a part and the repair was done within 1 1/2 hours. Kris was friendly, fully explained how he diagnosed the problem, and showed us the completed work. We are very satisfied with his service and this company. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

When I spoke to the people at the plumber connection they asked what I needed. The service was very good. The technician was very good and prompt. I was very happy with the service. I didn't get to talk to them, I was out of town. I actually wasn't there when this took place. They were pretty responsive, they came out, they did the work in a timely manner, they were in and out. That was all that mattered to me, that they would take care of it as soon as possible because we didn't have hot water. I wasn't here to meet with them, it was my son who spoke to them but he didn't have any complaints about them. They installed the water heater in a timely manner and took care of everything that needed to be done as far as the water heater went. I didn't deal with them directly but I was pleased with the job that they did and the time frame that they did it in, and also they were pretty responsive. I spoke to them and they got in contact with me. This is my first time having this experience with the water heater but I thought it was pretty expensive only because I have no idea how much it would cost to replace the water heater. It looks like the work was pretty okay. They were here when they said they would be. Speaking with them on the phone, they sounded pretty professional.

These guys are all consummate professionals with a passion for quality work. They are friendly, engaging, and unfailingly respectful of the customer's home and opinions. And they give you all of this at a fair price that is actually a bargain when compared to the value received. I won't call anyone else for my residential plumbing needs.

On the morning of August 31, 2016 I discovered (just outside my front door) a long pressurized stream of water flowing from my pressure regulating valve. I immediately shut down the water to my home, and proceeded to pull up Angie's list to find a local plumber. I called All City plumbing and left a detail message with their receptionist. Within minutes they had returned my call. I spoke with Anthony and gave him a detail description of the problem. He told me that he could be at my home around 1pm. (He did better than that, he showed up at 11 a.m). Unfortunately I really had to be at work, and I could not meet him at the property. I told him that the problem is outside and easy to find. He responded "no problem I'll go out take a look and call you back on your cell phone and quote you a price". The price was reasonable, so I got the work done. Overall the transaction was very smooth quick and straight to the point. I did not have to miss a day work, and hopefully I only had minimal water loss. I recommend All City Plumbing. Thanks!

All City Plumbing has wonderful customer service and workers. I contacted All City Plumbing on Tuesday at 8:21 through Angie's List. They responded after only 9 minutes. I didn't see the response that night as honestly I didn't look because I wasn't expecting a reply that fast. On Wednesday morning they called and said there was an opening that day. Unfortunately, I was not able to make it.They were very understanding and fortunately my appointment was scheduled for the next day. Kris called before he came to my house. He came on time and introduced himself. He was polite and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He explained what he was doing and was extremely patient answering my questions. Here is a free tip for you readers of this review given to me from Kris: Dry cat food should not be put down a garage disposal. He explained to me that cat food swells and showed me how it was stuck and blocking my disposal. The work Kris did was completed with excellent quality and he even double checked to make sure everything was working properly. He then asked me if I had coupons and helped me find one that applied. Since garbage disposal/plumbing problems are often stressful, I hope I won't need to call them that often. However, if I do need a plumber, All City Plumbing will now be my go to company for plumbing problems.

Steven arrived on time after calling to let me know he was on his way. He had my clog removed quickly by snaking. He also checked my water pressure to be sure my regulator was working correctly which it was. I will use them again. Warrantied the work for 30 days.

The installation of the bathroom faucet ran into some problems. They were not his fault, just old pipes. He fixed the problems that occurred and everything works great with it. The garbage disposal installation went flawlessly. It to works great.

Excellent service! The owner explained everything to us! I don't think anyone could have done a better job!

Anthony called before he arrived and was very pleasant and professional. He tried for over an hour to clean the line near the street with a regular plumbing snake. He wasn't successful and had to call in a truck with a high pressure jet line to clear roots from the line. It wound up costing more than I initially thought it would but considering the problem, the rate was reasonable. He also told me how to keep the line free of roots in the future so this problem will not reoccur. I care for my elderly father who has dementia and became very agitated during the time the work was being done. However, Anthony remained calm and professional and I thank him for that!!

Chris called with an ETA, arrived when he said he would, and performed the work quickly and cleanly. He took extra steps to protect the surfaces he was working around and to clean up both his work area and the lime build up surrounding the faucets and in the fixtures. Very well done, easy to work with, and hassle free.
