GREAT! They answered the phone on Sunday, (who still does this?) we told them we could wait, it wasn't an emergency. But they called Monday morning and came out Monday afternoon, ordered the part and had our oven repaired by Friday. This company couldn't have been more prompt, kinder or more professional....truly an A++++ experience!

I found them on Angie's List. They were very prompt, professional and friendly. The technician was knowledgeable and even gave me my old part so I did not have to worry that he put the old part back in; I like that and feel like he is pretty honest. My washing machine has been working perfectly ever since so I am very happy.

He was really nice and he was good.

Glenn responded in a timely manner and was able to isolate each problem separately and resolve the issues proficiently. He even replaced my ice cube bucket at no extra charge. I found Glenn to be prompt, pleasant, and very professional. I will definately use AARS again.

Craig, was on time and reasonably priced. He fixed my washer which was leaking from the soap dispenser, the dryer which was taking too long to dry clothes and my dishwasher which was over flowing water from the vent at the sink. I ordered a washing machine boot and asked Craig, to return to fix my microwave oven.

I had an emergency leak and they came out right away. They were very honest and professional.

Craig was punctual. I explained the problem and he went to work to locate why the water was not draining out of the dishwasher completely. Through a process, he found a blockage in the run-off valve above the sink, but he didn't stop there......he then checked the hose going from that valve to under the sink, and the garbage disposal. He knew what he was doing. He found that when a new garbage disposal was installed, probably 5 years ago, a plug that was supposed to be removed had NOT been removed, adding to the blockage. Thank goodness he proceeded to continue to check hoses and such since I would never have known about this plug.He was professional, personable and did a good job.

ces, very honest and well pricedCraig came out, brought a new mother board for the fridge (which was apparently the bulk of the cost for the repair), cost a total of $298 for that, now working great!! The service fee was very reasonable. Evaluated my stovetop, noted it was a malfunction of one of the burners, and one of the switches on another burner. Ordered the parts, continued to keep me very updated on their arrival, scheduled a new appointment, came out on time, fixed/replaced the one burner, now working great. Changed the switch on the other, still did not work, determined it was a bigger repair and recommended I leave it because the additional part would be much more expensive. I agreed since I was still able to turn on the stovetop by using another switch. Very happy with the job, very strong knowledge of appliances, very honest and well priced. Did not try and gouge more money out of me, and did not charge me for the replacement of the switch since it was a bigger problem will definitely use again and I highly recommend

Thermostat went out on gas dryer (third time). First time was under warranty with Whirlpool, second time we used AARS. Very nice guys. Came out the same day to repair my dryer on a Sunday and within an hour! Awesome. 30 days later it went out again. Craig came back and fixed it free of charge and also determined why it kept going out...no more issues! :-)

The repair was quick and I felt the price was reasonable. It was worth it more because the technician was honest and didn't try to get me to buy anything else. He even helped me learn how to do simple repairs myself.

Craig was very professional and punctual. He was able to come out the day requested, and had the job done in less than 30 min.

I phoned AARS on a Sunday. They were unable to schedule the repair until Tuesday morning. If you use your microwave you'll know that that time lapse seemed like an eternity (what ! get out a pan to melt butter, reheat coffee!!) They (two of them) were prompt, pointed out that the newly installed travertine and grout back splash were right against the microwave, they scored it and were able to remove the 40" GE microwave without harming the back splash (whew!). They covered the floor with a thick commercial blanket and placed all tools and microwave on it while doing the repair. They replaced the microwave and vacuumed the area. I paid them exactly what they'd quoted over the phone ($179). It took them approximately 45 minutes. I chose them because they are a family owned business, as are we. They proved their competence and professionalism. I highly recommend them. The short wait? Understandable and acceptable. They are busy because they are good. They were definitely worth it. Do: hire them and do tell your friends Don't: Let your tile guy grout right to the microwave when you re-do your kitchen, you may not be fortunate enough to have AARS near you to do any repair on your built in appliances.

It was a straightforward job and they were able to do the work with no problems. I will use them again in the future.

Our clothe washer kept having error messages, blinking everytime i tried to wash. The code was different every time, and the water wouldn't drain. I called AARS,after finding them on Angie's list. they are located a few blocks us, they came over so quickly about an hour after I called, on a saturday ! Craig, the repair man fixed the issue right away. He was very nice , and extremely professional. My husband had a great time talking to him. He explained clearly what was going on, and where the problem was. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs great and fast service. We tried to contact sears where we bought this washer, not only they were not very nice on the phone, but the wait was too long to get an appointment.We have 2 young kids and I really cannot live without a washer ! His number is on our fridge and he will be the first I call if we get anything else to fix !

My dishwasher was flashing an error message and after an evening on the internet looking for a possible cause I was sure I was in for a big expense. I was referred to Craig at AARS by another highly rated company I found on Angie's. The phone was answered promptly while he was in the field and he promised to call me once he was able to reference a manual for the dishwasher. He kept his promise and after patiently obtaining the information he needed from me he determined the child lock had been triggered. He had me try a couple of things and then told me to unplug the dishwasher and plug it back in and let him know how it went. It worked. I left a message to tell him that and he even called me back to let me know he got the message. This is the company I will be using from now on.
