Very well, no problem and fast service.

Fantastic! Craig was on time, very professional, diagnosed and repaired the stove is under half-an-hour!

Compressor was broken. Too expensive to repair, replaced the refrigerator.

Paid $100 for diagnosis, took him 10 minutes. Received $385 estimate to change out drain hose, less the $100 already paid. Seemed excessive, so asked how many hours labor was required. Their fees are all based upon “flat rates”, not actual time spent. While this is apparently not unusual, be very aware of companies labor policies before having them come out. Needless to say, did not want to put almost $400 into repairing a 13 year old dishwasher.

Arrived on time, in uniform with ID. Got right to work and had problem diagnosed and repaired in 25 minutes.

The dryer is back to normal. Great job!

Replaced ring around the door. I asked for him to clean out the exhaust line, was told that it was done. 2 weeks later the dryer failed. Purchased new unit, and noticed that the exhaust pipe was totally blocked.

Craig is one of the most ethical people my husband and I have ever met. His service fee was half the price of his competitors and he came back to check to make sure everything was working. He was the only one that would give me a quote before he came out and texted me several times the day of the service to let me know his arrival time. He is basically a nice person who cares more about the job being done well and his customer being happy than many other repair companies we've used.

As it turned out it was user error--ours! Will was prompt at answering our call (after hours), came when he said he would, and didn't make fun of us! We will definitely call him for our next repair!

Our repairman, Craig, was very professional, and kept in touch with me via text, which was a plus. I will recommend them to anyone that needs appliance help.

Repair was quick and easy! Craig was extremely pleasant to work with. It took about a week for them to follow up after my initial Voicemail; upon leaving a second Voicemail, Craig called me back the next day. I just attribute this to a busy schedule for AARS.

They did an excellent job. I am very happy. He was very efficient and effective. When I talked to him on the phone he was very helpful and gave advice to help me.

I called after hours about my dishwasher that was not draining. Craig called me back the next morning and fit me into his schedule on short notice. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He saved me the cost of purchasing a brand new appliance. It doesn't get any better than that.

Hire these guys - stop just looking through the reviews and call them. Right now! I called AARS because the heating element went out on my dishwasher. We talked about it on the phone and ended up ordering the part (Craig gave me a price over the phone for the part and the repair - totally reasonable pricing). However, when Craig brought the part out to install it, and pulled apart the dishwasher it was clear another part (main pump) had gone out as well. This is the exact point where a repair can go wrong. Some guys would just say - this will cost an additional $300 and see if you take the bait. But not Craig Archer from AARS. He looked me straight in the eye and said that the repair would cost more than a new dishwasher. I was not charged for the heating element we ordered, only a small fee for the service visit. So, the bad news was my dishwasher was dead, but the good news is found an HONEST appliance repair company in AARS.

Refrigerator was hot in some spots along sides. Called AARS and they came next day during the scheduled time. Very professions and quickly knew what was wrong and how to fix it. It was a narrow space, but he didn't seem to have any problems. Seemed totally competent and friendly. Refrig. running great ever since.

He replaced the motor and the refrigerator works!! Craig was very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again!!

I found AARS on Angie's list and contacted them to repair my microwave. Since then, I have not used anyone else and have also referred them to friends. Craig returns calls timely and is always looking to help. I actually even purchased my washer and dryer from them and when I had some problems, they stood behind their sale and came out to address! I would highly recommend calling AARS for appliance repair service!

Glen arrived on-time. Very nice man. Got to work. Told me what was wrong and how much to repair.

I've used them twice before. They're good. He wasn't going to charge us anything, but I said it wasn't right to make a visit and not charge anything, so we gave him $29.00. They were fine. They're very conscientious and responsive. They're so conscientious and honest, which really sticks out. They're older guys. They're not young.
