AARS Appliance Repair

Due to all the great reviews I read, I chose to call AARS and I am so glad I did! Although the repairman didn't have good news for me because my machine was pretty much a lost cause but he told me that he had some used machines on his lot if I was interested in looking at them. I chose to check them out and found a very nice machine for $225.00. He delivered it the very next day and hooked it all up. It ran fantastic for 3 months, then it refused to go into the spin cycle. I called AARS and told them the issue and they remembered that I had purchased this machine from them. The repairman came back out and stated that I might need a new motor and that it would be no cost to me because the machine is still under warranty. It ended up being the timer and the owner, Craig came out and installed it for me at no charge. The machine works beautifully again! Thank you, AARS! I will be sure and recommend you to all my family/friends!!

Craig is a treasure. He came on a Saturday (in response to my plea - was having weekend guests), was on-time, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part and got me up and running in no time. Five stars for AARS.

The technician kept me in the loop about when my parts were expected and gave me a two hour window of when he would be at my house. He was on time, courteous and efficient. When he realized he had to make a modification to my dryer he came back the next day and finished the install, accommodating my schedule. He also changed the direction my dryer opened as a courtesy. I couldn't have asked for a better service call.

The service calls were very professional and the appointments were kept on time. On both ocassions the new appliances were delivered at the scheduled time. The old washer and dryer were removed and the new appliances were installed. After installation the appliances were tested and made sure they were in operating condition. I was greatly pleased with the friendly, professional manner Craig handled the calls. If in the future I should have a need for a appliance service call I will be calling AARS. I have already recommended them to friends I know that need appliance repair/replacing.

Great, thought we needed a new fan but he quickly discovered a loose wire! I would use these folks anytime. Quick, honest, clean, neat and reasonable!

The ice maker has not been able to deliver ice for about a year. The ice maker door was broken and allowed air to enter the freezer. The ice maker froze up with ice and just wouldn't work.

I purchased a refurbished replacement dryer from them and it was delivered promptly and they removed the old dryer. I was very satisifed with the service and the replacement. The price fit perfectly in my budget (as a unexpected expense). Their warrentee and service is highly professional.I will use them again (if needed) and I'll recommend them to friends and relatives.

Craig was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. When I initially contacted him, he first checked his stock to make sure he had the replacement icemaker so that he could install it in one trip, if necessary. He showed up during the time frame that he specified, and was very courteous. I would definitely refer my friends/family to AARS.

I left a message for AARS over the weekend and Craig called me Monday morning and planned to come to my home, on my schedule, that same day. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes and washing machine is working great. Both times AARS has been to my home they have been polite and efficient and explained what they needed to do as well as the cost before any work was started. I will continue to use them for all my appliance repair needs.

Craig asked enough questions about the symptoms of the problems we were having with these appliances so that he had the parts with him to repair the possible problems when he arrived. No "I'll order the parts and be back in a week." Craig was on time, professional, and fixed the problems with both appliances quickly. Both appliances are working perfectly now. If needed, I will absolutely use AARS again.

I found AARS here on Angie's list. I was very impressed with all the wonderful reviews I read and now I know why. I left a message on AARS answering service Sunday evening. Craig called me first thing Monday morning and requested some information regarding the refrigerator so he knew what he was working with. He called me Tuesday Morning and we scheduled a appointment for later Tuesday afternoon. He showed up when scheduled and within an hour my warm running refrigerator was back up and running, Thanks again Craig!! The day before finding AARS I was certain that I was going to purchase a very expensive new refrigerator and the fact that Craig and AARS were able to fix my unit was a great relief. I will defiantly use AARS for any of my future appliance needs and I highly recommend you do as well.

A week later he came out and replaced the dispenser. All seems to be working well now. He was very helpful and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Craig showed up on time and began to go to work. He found the leak and replaced a hose. We were very happy with his work. We recommend him and his company to anyone needing appliance repair.

The owner of the company was the technician who responded to my residence. He diagnosed the problem immediately, although he did not have the part with him, he called and made sure he had it in stock at his business. He returned the next morning and completed the repair in a matter of minutes. He was also very courteous and professional. I will definitely use this company again!

A reasonable price range was quoted on the phone, arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly at a modest price, extremely pleased overall.

I was pleased with the service I received. The worker was on time and fixed my stove perfectly.

Our upper wall oven element blew out and we researched and ordered a replacement element and watched videos on the internet of how to do it ourself. Even after feeling confident about doing it ourself the repair didnt go well only one side of the new element lit up. We thought for sure we needed to buy a new oven since ours was over 20 years old and now there was only 1 made that would go into the existing opening without modifying the cabinet that the oven sits in. UGH new appliance cabinet work etc $$$. We took a shot with the Archers at ARS and guess what they kept calling me back as I was hard to reach and they came out right away and installed the same new element that we had originally ordered to give it a try before we called it quits on our good old Jenn-Air oven. IT WORKED We had crossed a wire during the DIY installation of the element but he caught the problem and now it works just as good as new and for under $70 bucks how awsome. Thanks Angie thanks to ARS our retirement homeowner funds went a whole lot further on this project.

Good experiences all three times. They have become our "go to guys" for appliance issues.

My husband and I just bought our first condo together. We ended up buying a short sale and needed to improve on many things in the home. So, we decided to save some money and buy second hand appliances. We bought a counter depth fridge about a two months ago and all of a sudden it just stopped working. The water dispenser stopped working and leaked from under the fridge and then the freezer and fridge stopped cooling all together. We used Angie's list for the 2nd time since we moved in and saw that AARS had the best reviews. My husband called and spoke with Craig (one of the brothers) himself and he came out to the house on the date we needed. He was on time and professional. He didn't waste anytime and went straight to work. He fixed the fridge and told me exactly what he had done. He even showed me what he had replaced. He estimated the cost at approximately $150.00 before he came as a "worst case scenario" based on the info my husband had given him. Unfortunately when I spoke with Craig we both realized there had been some misunderstandings and misinformation passed between him and my husband and Craig felt that there may actually be a bigger issue wrong with the fridge. He explained what he thought could have been the issue and gave me an estimate. He told me that since the fridge was working now to just watch it for a week before I even paid him anything!! How nice was that?!! He said if the fridge isn't still working that he would give us a new estimate and fix it or get us in touch with someone that would fix it for us. He was such a pleasant guy and I would recommend him to all my friends.

My Maytag 5000 front load washer was throwing a F35 error and just would not work. I called Craig at AARS. He figured out what to do, got the part, replaced the defective part, and now everything is working great. Craig was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend AARS.

No services were preformed however customer service is excellent.

Craig from AARS Appliance Repair is great. He was very familiar with our unit and completed the repair for 1/2 the cost of an estimate received 3 years ago from another company.

My washer was not draining and I needed help which I received in the form of a very good referral. Now I know of 2 professionally run companies in this space. Yay!
