Description of Work: Craig responded immediately to our message, and came out the next day to assess the problem. He knew what the issue was, called with a quote, ordered the part and fixed the washing machine all within a few days. He was extremely professional and friendly. We would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Freezer Ice up- heat broke. He clear all up , put new one checkout every thing fixing what he could do. New water lines needed replace( there old).

Description of Work: Responded to our call for service on our built-in microwave. Provided an estimate based upon symptoms we supplied. Their diagnosis was consistent with other online resources we checked. at the scheduled date/time service person Craig arrived with an assistant to accomplish repairs. further inspection revealed that the cause was different than expected ... and repair bill was roughly ONE HALF of the estimate. Microwave working fine now and our budget is appreciative!

Description of Work: Craig was unable to fix my washer as it required so much repair , the cost would be comparable to buying a brand new one. He arrived on time, was honest, and stated his company did not bill for no results and I was not charged. Will recommend or use for future projects

Description of Work: He performed three different small repairs I needed on my ovens, refrigerator, and dryer. His work was efficient, professional, and effective. I have saved his card and will definitely contact him again when I need service for my appliances.

Description of Work: Whirlpool washer repair - Replaced pump.

Description of Work: Dryer was making strange noises and we suspected that it wasn't heating properly. They came out and fixed it--it was a tiny part, cleaned the vents, vacuumed the inside of the machine cover and replaced the machine as it was found.

Description of Work: This was my first Angie's list call. I called Craig on a Monday afternoon to have him take a look at my non-functioning refrigerator. He immediately went into giving me instructions about how best to save my food. I only mention it because the refrigerator hadn't functioned in a couple weeks, and we found all the food spoiled when we returned from travel. The point is he was trying to help me out and save me from having to restock the fridge. I guess that's just the kind of guy he is. He was slammed with work the following day, but managed to shoehorn me in anyway. He arrived promptly the next day, was gracious about my barky dog, and my wreck of a house. My wife & I both travel for work, and our home is cluttered. He set about working on the fridge, while explaining what he was doing, and explaining his customer centric business philosophy. By the time he was done he had replaced all the burnt out fans on the fridge (electrical surge) and restored my faith in home repairmen. This is the sort of experience I had hoped for when I joined Angie's list, because I've had my share of sullen grunting Neanderthals out to the house to work on stuff, and charge a fortune for it. If you've got a broken appliance, this is your guy. Craig is an excellent representative of his trade, and Angie's List. Honestly, I was stunned; almost nothing works out as well as this did. It's almost a month later, and the fridge is rock solid.

Description of Work: Dishwasher not rinsing ... Craig adjusted water valve under sink because not enough water was entering dishwasher. Ran dishwasher same day; still did not rinse properly. Craig returned next day and discovered safety valve was sticking; fixed with no extra charge. Ran dishwasher; worked perfectly; dishes super clean.

Description of Work: came to fix loud dishwasher, pulled out a small chicken bone and pretty much fixed the noise. Did not charge me or laugh at me. Very kind and professional and knowledgeable. I will call him for all my appliance problems, real or imagined

Description of Work: The electronic pilot was not lighting my oven. I looked for the highest-rated company in my area on Angie's List. Craig from AARS knew right away what the problem was, ordered the part and within a day my oven was working like new. Craig was prompt, courteous and went above and beyond in getting my oven fixed and heating properly, he even identified and fixed a leak!!! I would definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: The company showed great customer service, even though he thought it was unlikely I would use his service. I was trying to get a micro wave fixed. He said that the cost of the parts would probably be about the same as purchasing a new one, but he was willing to find out what the parts would cost. He did and called me back within the next 2 days. He was correct it would have costed over $250 just for the parts! It's nice to talk with someone who will go the extra mile for the customer. I will call on them again if I need that kind of work done.

Description of Work: CRAIG CAME OUT TO REPAIR MY CLOTHES WASHING MACHINE AND BECAUSE IT WAS WORKING WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE TRIP. HE WAS ON TIME AND CAME OUT THE DAY I CALLED. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT HOW PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL HE WAS, ESPECIALLY SINCE I WAS SO EMBARRASSED THAT MY MACHINE WAS BEHAVING ITSELF! BY THE WAY, ANGIE'S LIST STATES THAT THEY DO NOT REPAIR CERTAIN BRANDS, BUT THAT IS A MISTAKE. THEY DO ALL BRANDS, ACCORDING TO CRAIG. WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Description of Work: Gas clothes dryer was taking way to long to dry clothes. From past I knew to clean out the exhaust lower duct in the wall, which I did clean out, thinking the rest of the duct vent to the roof was ok. Well, his meeter proved otherwise. So, I purchased a specialized dryer ducting clean out kit (from seperate source as he suggested) and cleaned out the rest of the ducting. Wa-la back to drying like it should. Would highly recommend this service and will call them again for any other appliance service needs! Mike Sill Upland, CA
