I had two 4x4 foot areas in my livingr oom that had pet urine odor. They paid extra attention to those areas, pre-treated them, and not only the stains, but the odor came out. The remainder of the carpet they made look brand new and it was 6 years old. The carpet dried a lot faster than with other services I have used.

They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and furniture. I'll definitely use them again.

It went well. Process is nontoxic and virtually odor free. Technician professional, thorough and friendly. Carpets dry relatively quickly especially with fans and good air flow. We would definitely use them again. We didn't experience anything negative.

Tony and Roger were terrific. They called 20 minutes before they arrived and were right on time. They looked over the carpet, asked very specific questions about the stains and how I had treated them, recommended options for how they could treat them. They didn't over-promise and explained that because of the spot treatment I had used, the carpet could have been bleached, which it was. Still looks great. They also recommended a simple spot treatment of vinegar and warm water for future stains.

Arrived on time. Very professional Eddie and Weston explained everything, how their process differed from chemical cleaning, were very careful about protecting other areas. Having had other services do the same work in the past I would have to give ZeroRez the highest marks of any cleaner. Yes they are more expensive. But the results justify the cost!!

Zerorez was able to give us an appointment quickly. They followed up with the phone call via email, sending us details on how to prepare for their visit. I found it a little strange that we had to vacuum ourselves and move our own furniture, but after calling around to a few other carpet cleaning companies I found this pretty standard. They showed up on the appointment time promptly and cleaned the carpet very thoroughly. Despite many very difficult pet stains, they did not charge extra to treat them and most of them came out, to my amazement! The carpet dried completely in about 10 hours, but was fine to walk on after only a few hours. No nasty chemicals were used so the carpet did not feel sticky, smelly or crunchy like so many carpet cleaners. Their prices are a little higher than others, but I will definitely use them again as the results were excellent and in the end, that is what matters most to me.

They did an outstandign job. I would have left him a tip if I could have added it to my bill.

The entire experience was very professional from the initial phone call through the finished service. I originally called to see what their schedule would be in the next few days. The woman told me the next day was booked except for one opening. I agreed to the appointment when the woman told me she looked closer at the notes and saw she wasn't supposed to schedule during that opening due to a large work order. She told me that she already promised me, and would do what it took to make it happen. After holding for a few minutes, she came back on the line and told me her boss OK'd the appointment. The next day, the person who was coming to my appointment called me to inform me they were running ahead of schedule and asked if I would like them to come a little early. I told them that was great and for them to come as soon as they could. They arrived when they told me and explained the process to me. I understand they are a business trying to make a profit, so I was not surprised when he offered me extra options prior to beginning. We have a dog that had urine and vomit issues as a puppy and I agreed to have the extra work done for that. I declined the protectant option due to the fact that our carpet is old and will never look pretty (we just wanted it to look better and know it was clean for awhile). The salesman/worker did not pressure me and I did not feel like I was getting a guilt trip at any point. The gentleman and his co-worker got to work and finished promptly. I was able to provide my credit card and he ran it for me in my living room. They provided me booties to wear until the carpet dried which was under 24 hours as promised. In all, I will definitely use them again, even if they are a little higher priced than the competition.

The cleaning was excellent - probably the best the carpet has looked since it was installed. I was very pleased. Their prices are a little higher but worth it. The staff are all very professional and helpful - great job.

They were able to come out the next day because the dog spoilt the carpet. They were great. They were wonderful.

They were on time and did a good job. I have used them several times without any issues. I like that they are not using chemicals on my carpet but it still gets clean.

A little higher priced compared to other carpet cleaning services.

I was promptly called on Monday the 17th @ 9:07 (Alma) and returned her call @ 1:49 pm. I asked for an appointment for my (only 2) two bedrooms that have carpet. I was told they have a minimum of three (3) rooms for a $101.+ minimum charge. I said that I could not come up with another room of carpet and that their advertisement stated $29 a room and not mentioning a minimum of three rooms. I was then told that in a "30 second add" only so much information could be put into the add. REALLY?!? I then disconnected.

I love San Diego, but I hate cleaning carpets and rugs by myself. A friend of mine has recommended Zeroez and I decided to give it a try. I called and asked their estimate on furniture cleaning, carpet cleaning and rugs cleaning. The service package included free deodorization as well. I took the offer. Despite the time limitations their cleaners were able to complete each task in a professional manner using some truck mounted equipment as well as portable vapor steam cleaners. The resulsts are great - my carpets, rugs and upholstered furniture look as good as new. If you live in San Diego, call this carpet cleaning company and they will find a suitable solution for you.

My Carpets are Clean no spots left. They pretreated for Pet Stains and all of it has been removed and Carpets are like new. the House smells clean again. Good Job
