There are issues with the quality of the work performed. There are lines in the carpet. It was like they only did portions of the stairs and left some portions undone. They did not complete our bedroom as well. We called to get the issues resolved and were informed that they would be out the following day between 2-6pm to fix the issues with the quality of work. Unfortunately, they never showed up. Then the called at 11am the following day to say that they are on their way, but we were leaving the house, as we had an appointment to keep and they had not made an appointment for that day and time.

Hello, I bought your vent cleaning service on Angie list and on Friday they cam out and said they can not clean 90 turns in the vent. How do I get a refund? Thank you

Scheduling was very easy. Called ahead of appointment and arrived on time. Went over the all of the areas they were to clean and pointed out areas and options I may want - pet stains, damage on my sectional, etc. gave me options. We were having a remodel done and construction folks were supposed to be done one day prior to cleaning. They were not. Zerorez said no problem and reschedule for the next day. My carpets are very old 20+ years and very dirty from construction crew. I wanted to make an attempt to get them clean prior to holidays. I did not have great expectations. They gentleman showed up on day of service, walked the areas with me and let me know what he would be doing. He did an amazing job, and got the carpets much cleaner than I ever expected. He brought in large fans to help with drying and gave us all booties to use while carpets were still wet. He was fast, extremely effective. They put up bumpers to keep corners from being damaged or marked up by their hoses. He got out stains that had been there for years. Great job! I don't think they are they cheapest but they also are not the most expensive. They have some great deals you can take advantage of. Well worth the price for the service they delivered.

There was a little bit of an issue with the price. What they told us on the phone was different from what the crew showed up with an invoice. There was quite a bit of back and forth. My wife had to deal with their office. It was much different than the first time I used them. That was the big point. They showed up with a completely different price. They did an okay job. The responsiveness was good. They were on time. They finished when they said they would be done.

I purchased Angie's Deal for Zerorez on 10/19/15 for 4 room @ $149.00, 10/20 they contacted me to provide a phone # to call. 10/21 I called them, they had an opening the next day 10/22/15 in the PM. 10/21 They emailed instructions as to what to expect and do before the techs came out 10/22 The tech called 30 minutes before arriving, Weston and Eddy arrived around 12:30, I gave them the tour of the home, Weston explained in detail about the cleaning process, I asked how much to add the bedroom closet on, $25.00......yeah we have a big walk-in closet! He noticed the area rug in the dining room and asked if we wanted that one cleaned also, no high pressure selling, we ended up getting that done also. They moved a few pieces of furniture and started cleaning, first spraying the cleaner on & then following up with the steam. They put protective plastic pieces under the legs of a chair & left us with instructions of when we could put furniture back and booties to use until completely dry. They were gone in two hours! Bottom line, the rugs look fabulous and the Weston & Eddy were wonderful. This is a top notch company and I would highly recommend using them. Sure you can get cheaper deals and you get what you pay for.

I had to change the date one time. They showed up anyways and rang the doorbell and pounded on the door for 10 minutes. When they arrived the next day, they told me the deal was not $180 and it would be an extra $45 because the deal was not listed properly. Their whole presentation did not feel professional. They did not have the proper equipment, such as step ladders. The worker was having a social call while he was supposed to be cleaning the air ducts. He then started to talk to me while he was still talking to the person on the phone. He pulled out what looked to be a filter and he started to say "ouch" and I asked him what he pulled out and he said " I don't know, what do you think it is?" I am worried about what did to my system. He asked for the payment before he cleaned up the mess they made.

Technician was here on time and did such a nice job. My home smelled so great after the service. I was a little taken back by additional cost.

The man providing the service was very knowledgeable and responsive.

The services were good but the customer service was awful. I purchased a big deal for $149 and I received another bill for $129.

We had our carpets, and 2 (two) stairwells, cleaned by Zerorez on April 30, 2015. Our experience was Excellent! Scheduling the appointment was informative and efficient. Eddie and Spencer, Zerorez Technicians, were extremely helpful in answering our many questions. We were impressed with their teamwork and communication skills in completing our project. They did a thorough job and paid attention to the details. We were also happy to know Zerorez uses "no chemicals" in the cleaning process. Our 11 (eleven) year old carpets and the (2) stairwells look Amazing! We noticed there was no sticky residue or starchy feel to the carpets, which was an added bonus. Zerorez, Eddie and Spencer - Thank You!

They get the stains out. They know how to get the stains out and so they don't come back. They don't use chemicals so it is really good. I had a good experience and I think it was a special I got, but I don't remember the price. I would use this provider in the future.

I appreciated that the drying time was quick. Stanley Steemer has done our cleaning for 40 years and it takes 2 days to dry.

The two workers were here on time and went to work. They cleaned the two rooms in about two hours. The rooms were empty of furniture; so, it was easier than most other jobs. However, the men were polite and efficient.

Roger arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. He exceeded my expectations in the quality of work he performed and he completed the job very quickly. I will be using Zerorez again and will definitely request to have Roger be the one to come out and perform the work. Very satisfied.

He said he only does two and three bedroom homes, not for 5th wheel, he made excuses for why he could not perform the service.

The service tech showed up on time after calling me about half an hour before he arrived to let me know when he'd be arriving. He was very polite and efficient. This is the second time we've used this company, the first for to clean our couches. Both times, I was very impressed with how clean everything was when they were done. I'd use them again, very friendly, great service!

I have used them more than once. I would highly recommend them. The most outstanding thing is the cleanliness and the quality of the job is superb. I love the fact that there is no detergent residue.

the two man team were very professional and enthusiastic about the work, the work was very efficient and well done. the teams provided me with cleaning tips because i have dogs. i will defiantly use there services again

The knowledgeable and personable technician was very professional, explained what was needed and why the process was superior to competitors, which made sense. I had read about the process online. However, the end result was actually worse than before cleaning, with the carpet feeling less soft (stiffer) and looking more matted than before cleaning. Many of the stains were not removed, which is understandable on the off-white pile, though the traffic areas actually look worse than before and not sure why. The pile has changed, looking more crushed and variable and the overall appearance is far inferior to the carpet's appearance before "cleaning." I was crestfallen to have spent the money for a result that was worse than before.

The gentlemen were punctual and professional. The carpet looked great when they were finished. We would definitely use them again.

It went very well. They did deep cleaning because we have pet stains and everything. The price was expensive but I wanted to try them as oppose to that I had in the past.

We have used Zerorez several times over the last 10 years. They always have great techs preform the work and do a great job. I would highly recommend then for carpet and upholstery upholstery fabric cleaning.

The time-window for service was between 12 Noon - 4pm. The technician called at 11:00am to say he was running a little ahead of schedule, would it be okay to arrive at 11:30am? That was great news! The technician, Eddie - was really on-the-ball; very professional, kind, worked expeditiously but with purpose, explained every step he would take in advance of beginning; and was really a joy to have in our home. He was careful around furniture legs, put end-tables, plants, etc. on styrofoam blocks after cleaning underneath, and methodically worked his way from the back of the house to the front. Out of curiosity, I watched him work while he was covering a large area of the living room. He had a very rhythmic, balanced way in which he worked, and it was very zen-like and meditative to watch. All-in-all, the experience was wonderful, the carpets look great, and Eddie was amazing! I crowned him the "Zerorez Zen-Master" :) Highly recommend Zerorez!

Their price was comparable to everybody else we've tried.
