Should put if it on second floor it's $25.00 more, they were going to charge me until I complained abut that, also should have you check if your condo will allow the hoses as its maybe $75.00 more if they do not.

Description of Work: Although I think a little pricey, I would absolutely use Zerorez again. Very Proffessional and informative. Non-toxic cleaning. I also received a stain protectant along with cleaning. Roger withZerorez is very proffessional as well.

Description of Work: Weston from Zerorez did a great job of cleaning our carpets, which were soiled and heavily stained. He worked hard to clean our carpets in a professional and pleasant manner. Our carpets dried quickly with no drenched pad. We will definitely use Zerorez again.

Description of Work: Had them clean a family room and hallway to see how it went. The young men who came were friendly and professional. The carpet is old but they were able to do a great job on it. They worked quickly and I was very pleased with the job. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Paid $99 for carpet cleaning in two rooms. Was charged an extra $70 for "odor control" since there appeared to be pet stains. Two weeks later there was an infestation of fleas and it appeared that the closet carpets were not thoroughly cleaned. The technician was very personable, they were exactly on time and overall they cleaned the carpets, but I feel that the extra $70 for some sort of treatment was a bit much.

Description of Work: During Zero Rez's first visit Dec. 2, Todd cleaned two of my carpeted bedrooms. He was going to do the master bedroom but the carpet was so thoroughly soaked with dog urine from the previous owner (we had just bought the house and were moving in the next day), so Todd recommended I just get the carpet replaced, which would be cheaper than pulling up the pad and cleaning under it and spot cleaning each urine stain (there were at least half a dozen). I appreciated Todd's honesty and advice, and the fact that he didn't lie to me just to get my money. I had Todd come back Dec. 9 to clean the tile in my kitchen which, again, showed evidence of dog urine (the tile was covered in a sticky yellow residue). Todd spent probably 2-3 hours mostly on his hands and knees scrubbing and at one point scraping up the sticky residue with a pocketknife (yes, it was that bad). The end result was so amazing I asked Todd to come back the following day, Dec. 10, to clean the tile in the rest of the house (living room, dining room, hallway, entryway, all except the bathrooms which didn't really need it). The floors look spectacular now, like new, and the grout even is a completely different color. I'm amazed at the result and would definitely recommend Zero Rez (and Todd in particular).
