Not good. To have one of the reps constantly asked me to move minor items, was something I had never experienced with a cleanign service. Stanley Steamer has Zerorez beat in the way they handle customers.

Weston called and asked if it would be okay that he and Sergio come about a half hour early to our scheduled appointment. Once they arrived, they took a look at the carpet and went right to work. The carpet now looks great. There were some stains that I didn?t think could be taken out but they were gone. I can?t say enough good things about these guys. Excellent service and excellent price.

Great work! I was very pleased. He worked h****** several bad stains. Great finished product.

Jason and Derek showed up right at the earliest appointment they could make, just after 8:00am. They were professional, hardworking, and did a good job at cleaning the carpets. They did attempt to up-sell us on vent cleaning, furniture cleaning, and scotch-guard protector for the carpets. They were nice about it and didn't attempt to pressure us in any way.

My experience with San Diego Zerorez, Inc. was fantastic. I would give them an A in every category.

I cannot say much about them because they did the service for a friend, but I know that they came when they said they would, and I believe they did an excellent job. Before she used to walk across the carpet, and her feet would turn black even though it's a relatively clean carpet, but now it doesn't, and the process they use doesn't leave any residues in the carpet to attract dirt and grease. I'm also thinking of using them here in my house.

They were excellent. They do not use any chemicals and they pull everything out of the carpet and I like that. I feel like they were a little expensive but it was worth it.

They did a great job with the carpets and upholstery. I liked everything they did. They processed the water a certain way, which I liked. They picked up well and didn't leave any residue behind.

We chose them from the radio. They did an excellent job. I use the every six months.

Another carpet cleaning company didn't show up for the appointment that we had scheduled so I called Zerorez (based on the high rating on Angie's list) and they were able to fit me in the same day (Friday before Christmas no less). The appointment I set with Zerorez was for later in the afternoon, but they finished a job early and were able to come a couple hours earlier than I had expected (after calling to confirm that this was ok). It took about an hour to complete and the carpets turned out AMAZING looking. I think it's pretty expensive, but well worth the cost if it is a job done correctly and with good customer service.

There were two fellas that came out, Chris and Derek. They were very professional, really the kind of person you want in your house. They were clean cut and dressed professionally. I was very happy with their work! It was done in a flash, much faster than I thought it would be done!

I had my carpets cleaned last Saturday, 6 Nov 2010. The Zerorez Technicians came promptly at 1000 as scheduled. They surveyed the areas that I wanted cleaned, explained the process and the price was very reasonable. They were very quick and efficient, and, there was no toxic smell, usually left by other carpet cleaning companies. They did such a good job that I will be rescheduling another appointment for my upstairs bedrooms. I highly recommend this company if you want a fast, efficient team that does excellent work.

Spencer & Chris were just a few minutes late, yet they were courteous enough to phone and let me know. They were very thorough in going over work to be done and offer suggestions and company "specials." They were able to get out a really tough stain that I had resigned myself into accepting was permanent (hooray!) I chose Zerorez because I didn't like the chemical smell from the so called "dry" method of carpet cleaning and use of soap seemed to leave behind a dinginess on my light colored carpet. I have to admit that when they were done, the carpets were pretty wet and took overnight to dry, but the result was worth it. I lay on my carpet to exercise and my carpet smelled SO clean. The "chemical" smell was completely gone and the fibers smelled very fresh. Once dry, my carpet looked cleaner and brighter. I was very pleased with this company.

Appointment was made for 8 a.m. Received call from office two days before to inquire about appointment time as it had been entered for 2 a.m. in morning! By now our 8 a.m. slot was given to someone else. Office gals were able to rework booking to accommodate us at our original time. Jason and Donny arrived on time and work was complete exactly in two hours as estimated. Carpet was a little wetter than expected (especially stairs), but all was dry by next morning. It was a warm enough day to open windows to faciliate drying. I was asked by Jason at the end if we wanted a scotch guard treatment. We told him we didn't need it as we had a stainmaster warranty. He thought any protection on carpet prior to cleaning would be removed. Stainmaster clarified that protection is "baked" into the nylon fiber of carpet at time of manufacture and will not come out with cleaning.

Spencer was extremely professional, knowledgeable and eager to work. I told him I have used Stanley Steemer in the past but was unhappy with the residue from over usage of soap . He assured me that would not be the case and I would notice the difference. He was correct. My carpet is noticeably cleaner and feels soft. I would definitely use the company again!

Joshua and Ethan arrived on time and were very professional in demeanor and appearance. I was impressed with their completely self-contained truck. They were very careful to use corner protectors and other measures to protect surrounding surfaces. They worked quickly and efficiently. My rugs, carpets and the rocking chair are wonderfully clean. I couldn't tell much difference in the appearance of the grout they cleaned but that may be because its so old.

OUR CARPETS ARE 17 YEARS OLD, VERY LIGHT IN COLOR AND I HAVE KEPT UP ON THEIR CLEANING MYSELF. AFTER OUR DOG DIED, I DECIDED TO HAVE THE AREAS HE MAINLY LIVED IN PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. THE 2 MEN WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE WERE VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE AND MANNER. WE DID A WALK THROUGH WHERE I POINTED OUT THE BAD SPOTS AND WHAT ROOMS WERE TO BE DONE. I ALSO TOLD THEM I NEEDED THE MASTER BEDROOM DONE FIRST SO I WOULD NOT BE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT LATER IN THE DAY. THEY GRASPED THE SITUATION RIGHT AWAY AND DID TELL ME THAT THE MAIN HALLWAY AND THE HIGHEST TRAFFIC AREAS WOULD STILL HAVE A GRAY CAST TO THEM DUE TO WEAR AND NOT DIRT. I EXPECTED THIS AND THE 2 OF THEM STARTED PRETREATING AND CLEANING. THE PROCESS THEY USE IS COMPLETELY SELF CONTAINED. THEY DO NOT USE YOUR ELECTRICITY OR WATER SUPPLY WHICH CAN BE AN UNEXPECTED COST AFTER THE FACT. THERE WAS NO 'ADDITIONAL CHARGE' FOR THE PRETREATING OR MOVING FURNITURE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN UNDER 2 HOURS. MY OLD CARPETING LOOKS VERY FRESH AND FEELS SOFT AND FLUFFY - MUCH MORE SO THAN AFTER I USE MY CARPET CLEANING MACHINE. THE HOUSE SMELLS FRESH, NOT PERFUMY. I AM VERY SATISFIED AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

They were nice and polite. They gave me an estimate for $40 and it turned out to be a little cheaper. They did a good job, and delivered as promised. I would use them again for cleaning in my home as well.

They were very expensive, but very, very good. My carpet looked like new. There was no funny smell and it dried very fast. They don't use chemicals, so it is very pet and people friendly.

They could not execute a job within one trip. They over-saturated the carpet, giving it a musty smell, and had to re-clean things because they didn't get it clean enough the first time. They measured our custom filters wrong twice! They finally just refunded our money. The people that work there are nice, and some of their services were done very well.

I was incredibly disappointed. I heard their advertisement on the Rick Roberts show and generally think his word actually means something. However, I made the appointment for 11:00 am on a Thursday and at 1:00 PM they had not shown up or given me a phone call. We rescheduled for the following day at AM. At 10 minutes to 8 they called and said they were in a meeting with their management and wouldn't be at my house until 8:30. They arrived and performed their cleaning of the rugs and here is my summary: Yes they leave no residue but your carpets do not look clean! I'll take Stanley Steamer any day over these guys. Also, they came into my house with their street shoes. Stanley Steamer covers their shoes. Lastly, they mopped my wood floor in the foyer just before they left to remove any water or dirt they tracked in. Whatever they used left streak marks on the floor finish. So I need to re-clean the wood floor.

Great! They showed up on time. Did the work quickly and efficiently. And the carpet looks and FEELS great! Much softer than previous competitors cleaning.

On time, neat and professional. Gave discount for mentioning radio ad on KFI AM640. Carpets came out looking good, not superb. Tech said it was due to broken down fibers in traffic patterns, not remaining grime.

OUR CAT HAD AN ACCIDENT ON A TREASURED CHAIR. I CALLED ZERO RES, EXPLAINING THAT TIME WAS OF THE ESSENCE. THEY WORKED ME IN AND ARRIVED AT MY HOME WITHIN THE HOUR. THEY DID A GREAT JOB TOO. I'VE HAD CARPETS CLEANED BY THEM ALSO, AND FOUND THE WORK TO BE EXCELLENT.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID A GREAT JOB. EXPLAINED WELL WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THE WORK LOOKED WONDERFUL AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
