Prompt, proficient, and friendly. I had an excellent experience with Premier Roofing. The initial meeting was arranged quickly and the resulting estimate was detailed and easy to understand. The price was very reasonable and once I accepted the contract, they were able to start on the next business day. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days. Abby, the lead roofer, was very easy to work with and kept me informed of their progress and work schedule for each day. I highly recommend Premier Roofing!

Sergio was extremely professional and open to all questions and concerns. His foreman for my project was just as knowledgeable and approachable with all details. PROC was in and out of my property tearing off the old shingles, putting up plywood, re-shingling, adding flashing, color matching, and cleaning up in 3 1/2 days. Extremely impressed with the service. I also saw and met with Sergio on site nearly each day.

I was very surprised to find how customer service oriented PROC was from the very first. I needed roof repair and not a new roof. PROC approached our work as such and did not try to sell me a new roof from the first contact as did the other company I had contact me. PROC was quick to start, very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. The best was that they kept me informed all along the way - great communication skills. Price was very competitive too. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service! I decided to get a full roof demolition and new roof installed. PROC worked with me to get my solar panels safely uninstalled. The demolition was a big project and the crew did an awesome job removing not only the top layer but also a layer of old shake shingles. Demo can be a messy job but PROC did a superb job removing everything. At the end of everyday they cleaned up all around the house. During the demolition we had one of those big Santa Anna events, 70 to 80 mile an hour winds. The night of the wind event the owner came to my house at 9pm to ensure everything was secure and we were safe. There motto â doing the right thing when no one is lookingâ was proven that night. Next came the reroofing. No corners were cut. We wanted and got my desired double insulation roof. The same crew came everyday and their work was of the highest quality. I asked to get my solar panels back on the roof and the crew came through by working a Saturday. The following day the solar panel team came back and flawlessly installed my panels. The work also included replacing 49+ year old gable wood. The craftsmanship was second to none. I am very pleased with the roof and double insulation keeps the house very temperate. I envision less heating and air conditioning needs in our future. I would highly recommend PROC to my neighbors.

PROC was prompt to respond with a detailed inspection of my roof, complete with photos, and then a quotation for the work. The work was scheduled quickly and the crew that Sergio sent, with Aby in the lead, was efficient and professional. They cleaned up after the work and came back the next day to do an inspection to insure that all work was completed correctly. The bonus was that they were very friendly and represented PROC well. There were no "surprises" when it came time to pay the bill which was the same as the quoted price. I recommend this company without reservation.

Sergio's team started early & stayed late to make sure this widowed senior was safe. It's no wonder they have such a high rating...senior discount too! They did everything that they said they would, for the price they quoted, and on time. They also repaired another part of my house, that was not actually roofing.

Sergio Garcia is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. His crew completed the job quickly--repairing not only the roofing and damaged plywood but also the ship-lap wood, including painting it. When they were done, they cleaned the job site thoroughly.

This contractor finished re-roofing job very seriously. The foreman, Mr. Sabino, is very responsible. He asked the worker to redo the job once he found it was not done properly. They finished the job in time as promised.
