I have a lightweight concrete tile roof, and we had several spots that had started to leak, I had one area repaired once before but apparently it wasn't done correctly, and it started leaking again. When Sergio's crew came out, they took pictures of all the questionable areas, and I was given an estimate for the repairs needed. I felt the price quoted to me was reasonable. I agreed to the work and when the crew came out, they found quite a bit of damage in a couple of the areas and after talking to Sergio, he told me that all the extra stuff would be taken care of. They worked all day yesterday and half day today and I'm very happy with the work!

It was a pleasure to work with Sergio.. He gave me a very reasonable quote and once accepted, quickly scheduled and got the job done. Very reliable. Sabino and his two assistants did a high quality job on the roof repair. Got it done quickly and cleaned up all 3 days. The roof looks great. Sergio also gave me a good deal on the fascia, lapboard and rafter tails that Sabino repaired due to water/termite damage. I highly recommend PROC.

Sergio was very professional and responsive, With all the rain we were having at the time, it was difficult for him to get out right away, but he kept me informed of when he could start. His team started right on time. No they did not start at 7am , they started at a respectful time. His team was also very professional . They cleaned up everyday, before ending the day. They responded and came out quickly. They gave a great price. Being fully insured was important to me, especially when someone is working on my roof. They checked all the boxes for me and had a great price as well. They patched up my leaky roof within the week. The next storm came in right afterwards and no more leaky roof. Thank you.

I talked to several roofing companies about a leak situation that we had at our home. This company bent over backwards to help us. Sergio, the main contact, is the sweetest guy but he is also timely, efficient and always available to talk. The roofers who were here at the house were so very thorough, communicative, sweet and they all worked sooo very hard in the scorching heat. They actually did more than they were asked to do. Very prideful of their craft. We could not be happier with the service and quality repairs that we received.

Sergio was great to work with. He came out on a Sunday when it was raining and we had water literally running down our walls. he assessed the situation went to a local hardware store and bought supplies to cover our house with a temporary tarp. He told us thatâ s what members of a community should do and help your neighbors out. He didnâ t accept any payment that day and told us if we move forward with him it will be part of the roof repair if we donâ t move forward with him then pay him what we feel is fair. That stuck with us and after receiving a couple other bids we moved forward with Sergio and PROC. The team was professional and cleaned up after everyday of work. Sergio communicated with us through the entire process. The end result is a beautiful roof that will give us some piece of mind for many many years to come.

They were professional, courtesy and punctual. An excellent job at protecting the property especially during the demolition and they left the property very clean. Project manager kept me informed of changes in the work schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering replacing their roof.

The team at Premiere did an excellent job at completing a complete roof repair of my home. They accurately identified the problem areas and did an excellent job at even repairing the shoddy work done by the original builder. They built a custom enclosure for my chimney and did a fantastic job of finding hard to find material (even driving all the way to Fresno to pick it up since it was not available in San Diego). Would highly recommend. The wait to repair was worth it.
