My roof is concrete tile. I didn't see that option in review menu so I selected "traditional tile roof repair". I noticed a water stain on my ceiling yesterday, a Saturday afternoon. I spoke with the Project Manager Sergio Garcia late in the afternoon and he sent a roofer to my house Sunday morning. (Actually I think if it hadn't been so late in the afternoon, he would have tried to get the roofer to my house that very day but there was very little daylight left when I called Sergio on Saturday.) The roofer got straight to work to identify the problem, Sergio explained it to me and give me an estimate. I gave the ok and the roofers stayed on the job and fixed the problem working straight thru and I believe without any breaks. Both Sergio and the roofers seemed very conscientious about fixing my roof before the next round of rains came (rain is predicted Sunday thru Tuesday)--in fact the rain started not long after they left. I really appreciated that I was able to get hold of them on a Saturday and that they came out on a Sunday and stayed until the job was done. They were polite, professional, and provided me with several pictures showing the extent of damage and repair. I can't really comment on "value for money" issue because I honestly don't know what an average price would be. All I know is that they really tried hard to fix my problem before a new set of rains arrived and I would recommend them to others. They were great to work with.

Late Friday night, we noticed a water stain on the ceiling after a big rainstorm. I searched online first and called 6 different companies and left messages. Then went to Home Advisor and requested service. Premier Roofing called me first thing Saturday morning. They happened to be in East County and would be able to stop by. Sergio and the roofer were very helpful. They did a full inspection and evaluation with photos and a detailed proposal. They secured the leak, did some preventative repairs, and gave a very fair evaluation that we still had 5 years left before you need to think about roof replacement. Sergio even gave us the name of a drywall person to come out to inspect the damage in the ceiling. Definitely didn't expect to drop that kind of money over a rainy weekend but they really can through. Thanks.

Very professional repairmen, contacted Sergio and he had a guy to my house the same day for a roof repair. Easy to work with even while being out of town, very highly recommended for their professional service and great work.

I had some fairly extensive wood repairs done, as well as some clay tile replacements. Sergio (the customer rep/manager) was very polite and made sure to get back to me quickly to answer any questions I had. The crew that did the work was very professional and worked quickly. They finished all the work in less than one day!. And they did a very thorough job of cleaning up afterward. I am very pleased with the work they did and the price I paid. I will use them again when I decide to have my entire roof re-done.

I have a swamp cooler and after over twenty years of servicing foot traffic, paths of wear were evident. The contractor inspected the site and took excellent videos to show me what they considered needed to be done. I concurred. Every step of the cycle was done promptly, professionally and the personnel involved were courteous, knowledgeable, and interested in clearly explaining every step as the cycle progressed. It is a pleasure to deal with people who take great pride in the quality of their work and who are very knowledgeable about what needs to be done to solve the problems they are confronted with.

Work was quickly and professionally completed by the installer. We had some confusion about the start date and time, but it was minor. Would definitely recommend him to any one.

Excellent experience. Not only did they repair the leak that 2 other contractors have been unable to repair, but they ended up replacing the back half of our roof and made several recommendations for cost effective energy efficiency. Did a great job!

We did not have all the supplies on hand, however, he had a few and put them on the roof since it was supposed to rain. Once I get more supplies he will come back and replace the loaners with new shingles.

Showed up on time. Explained the work. Stopped periodically to SHOW me the issues and what they were doing to fix them. It hasn't rained since the repair but I feel confident in what they did and how they did it. I don't expect any issues but they said they'd call after the first rain to make sure everything was good. I'm very pleased and impressed.
