Sergio was responsive from the beginning. Came out and walked the job on a Saturday. I had a fair quote by Monday evening. Getting the job scheduled quickly was important to us and Sergio was able to accommodate by squeezing our job in that weekend. Crews weren't able to show up exactly as planned due to other jobs going long, but Sergio was good at keeping us updated and when they did arrive, there were enough of them to make great progress in a short amount of time. Smaller crews finished up early the following week. Communication great throughout. Overall a painless process.

Good communication, work and prices. They arrived exactly on time. Sergio kept us very informed and provided pre/ post photos. We give a 5.0 star overall yet a 4.5 on quality as their 'final clean up' could have been slightly better. We highly recommend PROC!

Foreman sowed up on time, showed me the areas in need of repair. Sergio sent me an estimate in a few hours and was very on top of the repair. I really appreciated getting photos and the great communication!

Sergio did a great job communicating throughout the entire process. Really appreciated getting pictures, and informed of issues and status at each stage.

The bid was less expensive than an alternative roofer because they took the easier and less enduring way of securing loose tiles. However, not withstanding this, the work was completed to our full satisfaction.

Sergio was one of the only roofing companies that actually got back to me, I called quite a few for a quote, and his quote was reasonable compared to others I received. They did a nice job, left everything clean, and did exactly what they said they would do. Sergio also stayed in touch with me to make sure we were happy. I'd hire them again.

PROC was great. They were able to come out and provude an estimate quickly and were able to start almost right away. The work area was clean every day befire they left and the crew was extremely profeasional.

Although Premier Roofing is not located in my town, they have a Foreman which covers this area and they were in daily contact until the job was completed.

I have lived at my home for 17 years and have had my roof repaired a few times over this span. Premier Roofing is hands down the best company I have ever worked with. Prompt return on calls, prompt estimate and prompt completion of work. The estimate was completely on target with my expectations of the work to be done and I received good feedback on other issues that were affecting my home. The foreman even came up with a good, humane "raccoon abatement" plan to keep them from soiling a certain area of my roof that was becoming quite a problem. Excellent company to work with.

I highly recommend Premier Roofing of California. They contacted me quickly after using the Home Advisor App. There was a storm forecasted to arrive on a Sunday and Premier was willing to go out of their way to work the repair on Saturday. The repair work was first class and made to last. Greg
