Christian was polite and helpful. He called a few minutes after my request for a quote and was starting work in less than an hour from us talking. He listened to my concerns about the tree removals and potential damage to my spa and house and made me feel at ease. The quote was what I was expecting and willing to pay. Him and his team cleaned up the area nicely and we are happy with the results. The only negative feedback we have was the fact that my husband had to dig one of their lunch garbage out of our green waiste trashcan and one of the guys was seen on our surveillance system going pee on our fence. We would recommend them for their work and would be willing to hire them again based off their work but would ask Christian to let me know if they need anything (bathroom/teashcan).

I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Avina Tree Service based on a click a few hours earlier, and although I had another service scheduled to come and give an estimate, I was informed that they were already in my area nearby and could come by in 15 minutes! Christian and his crew were low pressure, professional and sprang into action immediately, trimming 7 huge palm we have and cleaning up every last berry before placing all of the furniture and lights back in place. Top notch, and j would call again!

Great experience Fidel was quick to get back to me and they did a great job. He was available the next day, trimmed down a large tree and thinned out two smaller. Would highly recommend them
