Description of Work: Home cleaning service. We used them every other week - about $120 per visit for a crew of two, in a house a little above average size. Like several of the other cleaning services I have worked with other the years, their initial service was excellent. Then over several months things started to slide a little and we had to call the office to have them address minor things that were not as good as they used to be. The office staff were always very courteous and responsive, and welcoming of constructive criticism, and very appreciative of praise after a particularly good job done. They did tend to keep the same crew on the house for a few months at a time, so they'd get to know the house.

+ -1 moreTHE STAFF AT MOLLY MAID ARE RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. WE HAVE USED THE SERVICE FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THEY ARRIVE ON TIME AND DO A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: BI-WEEKLY HOUSE CLEANING. INCLUDES VACUUMING, SWEEPING, MOPPING AND DUSTING. WIPING DOWN COUNTERS AND WALLS.
