I was having multiple health symptoms consistent with mold exposure so I hired alameda mold guys to come and assess my place for mold in Aug 2024. Lab report showed no mold spores. About 4 weeks later I hired *another* company called certified environmental or something who emailed me their lab findings which showed an extensive amount of mold. I emailed the lab findings to the inspector from Alameda Mold Guys. I then called, texted, and multiple times emailed the guy from Alameda mold guys about a partial refund.. who kept telling me he would "get back to me" about the extreme difference in mold findings,but he never did get back to me. So it cost me double the price it should have cost to verify that there was mold in my place.."
