Easy to work with and an amazing company

They were absolutely incredible. Our roof caved in and they came right away to take care of the water damage and when we found out we had asbestos they helped move us out of the house and took extremely good care of all.of our things. We're our advocates with the insurance company and all in all a great experience. Thanks again Lawton.

Called these guys in an emergency, to clear water out of a tent before a wedding as it rained A LOT and flooded the tent.. They were there within the hour and worked like animals to get that place cleared out.. The wedding went on as if nothing had flooded. They did a great job and hustled once they were on site.. Solid crew 👌🏼

I found the company from my insurance company. I did not know anybody in the area that would worked with slate roofs. They came out in March to look at the job with a slate roof expert. After they came out emails were sent back and forth with the rainy season coming up. Creative roofing came out and told me that he just had been subcontract by Lawton Construction. I started complaining and asking why it has been taking so long. Creative Roofing explained that he just got the contract signed for Lawton and the materials purchased by themselves. After the contract was signed and the materials were purchased Creative Roofing finished the job and did a great job. They did miss some things that Lawton Construction did not put in the contract. After contacting Lawton again I asked why they did not put those certain things in the contract, they responded by saying they forgot. They did contact Creative Roofing and Creative Roofing came out again and did a great job, just as before. After finding out that Lawton did not do much of anything and just subcontracted everything out. I wanted to make the check out to both Creative Roofing and Lawton Construction but Lawton refused and Creative Roofing agreed to only have one name on the check. Lawton Construction made me feel uneasy from March to October when nothing was happening.

Our insurance carrier sent them out and paid for the job. Lawton Construction has been very thorough and conscientious. They are very customer focused. They got a new door manufactured. They had it prepared and finished, according to our desires. They had the old door removed and replaced it with the new one.

They were quick and got everything look better than it did before damaged. They were considerate.
