Matt was scheduled to come to come to my house about one week after I called for an appointment for my small job. The woman I spoke to estimated the cost of the work when we set up the appointment. The most complicated part of scheduling was the potential lack of parking on my street near my court complex. I also needed to provide an electrical outlet so he could do the work from his mobile shop. I was able to accommodate both these needs on a Friday morning. I got a call about three days prior to our 11 appointment asking if a half hour window an hour earlier would be acceptable. It was actually better for me. I received a call about 15 minutes before Matt arrived confirming his arrival time. He took about 20 minutes to measure, cut and replace a screen that had been badly fitted to my 1923 irregular window as well as repairing the front door screen that I thought needed to be replaced, but didn't. Matt noted he didn't want to charge me to do something that was unnecessary. He even changed the small bottom screen latch to a white one to match the screen frame he replaced. He was so efficient and meticulous I was enormously impressed and would not hesitate to hire him again. I also fully appreciate that he did such a small job for me when his schedule is very full with major jobs. As he was leaving a neighbor got his card to call for work on her screens.

Picked this place even though it was more expensive based on angies reviews And the nice lady on the phone. But I was wrong Matt came as soon as he entered he seemed rushed, frazzled, complaining the whole time saying this job was going to be impossible and kept saying he never takes this long on an appt. I just wanted window screens for a few windows what was thus guys problem? They ended up loose and with an unsightly black tab that is visible on every screen. His manners were so annoying I just wanted him to leave. Who complains the entire time and talks about their next appt that their missing especially if they are even more expensive than the competitors. Wont hire again!

Our tenant was so happy with Matt. He showed her how to take out the windows (sliders all) which must be done to remove the screens. She quickly washed the outside of the windows which she had never been able to get to, then Matt made new screens, frames and all, installed them, and put the windows back in. She was thrilled. For new excellent quality screens, the price for the rental was $225.00. Then, Matt came to our house and made all new screens for us -- we live in a circa 50s house and NONE of the windows are square -- they're all cattywompuss so accurate measurements are very important. They all fit snugly with no gaps on the side like the last time we had screens made by a now-defunct screen maker. There were 7 to replace here and the cost was $280.00. We're happy, our tenant is happy. Matt comes in his truck and makes the screens right there after taking detailed measurements. And, yes, we would call Sierra Mobile Screens again.

Went very well. The screen doors are of good quality. The installation was good quality. And whatever issues did come up were resolved promptly.

They are few people out there that I can refer to as real craftsmen. This is one of those cases. Service was spectacular. He went around the house and repaired a number of broken screens and created new ones when necessary. He had all the tools needed on his truck and was able to finish in a timely manner. He also ordered and installed a new front door retractable screen that will allow the ocean breeze to come through the house. All of his screens have a great warranty. I highly recommend this service and company.

We are very happy with his service and expertise. He measured the dimensions of each sill and worked from his truck to cut metal and create the screens. He arrived at 10 a.m. and was finished before 2 p.m. Matt was friendly and extremely skilled -- a true craftsman.

Matt came by, replaced all the regular, small window screens. He does the work in his truck; is quite fast. Ordered two sliding screen doors that I needed replaced. He came by the next week to install them. All went smoothly, I'm very pleased with the result.

Showed up early which was OK, good work, good price, great job and left when he was done. What more could you ask for.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. I was called three (3) times with an updated ETA. Matt did a great job, he had a lot of experience with heavy duty airport noise abatement doors, they are extremely difficult to work with when you have to replace the screen. Sierra Mobile Screen is another great Angies List referral, I highly recommend Sierra for screen replacements.

The service was a dream from start to finish. The person on the phone was very helpful, and listened carefully as I described our needs. I was able to make an appointment within a week and a half, and Matt arrived on time (actually, a little early!). I showed him what needed to be done and he went right to work, measuring each window, removing the old screens, and creating new frames for the ones that needed to be done from scratch. Moreover, he was able to "unstick" five of the old wood frame windows, by spraying each one with silicone spray. (The painters had painted them shut. Mat didn't charge any extra for this service. ) He was able to match the frames with the paint in the house very well, so the final look was extremely professional. Now, all the windows open easily, and we once again can feel the cool ocean breeze. I can honestly say that I have seldom seen a worker who was more efficient, helpful, and friendly. I recommend him most highly.

That went very well. The scheduling went very well. He came on time. He did the work and gave me tips on how to keep the runners clear because we have had trouble with the screen sticking. He told me about a product to spray on that, and he cleaned it out for me. He did a really good job. He probably did it about 2 and a 1/2 hours. The price was fair, it's what he quoted. The quality was very good. He was very responsive. He is a very nice man. His punctuality is very good. I have already recommended him to a couple of people.

Matt showed up on time. We looked at all my window screens and he suggested we just do the ones that really need to be replaced. He did not try and say we should do all of them. I liked his honesty and his professionalism. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone I know who needs screens on their home. Great job!!

Matt showed up right on time and got right to work on my two screen doors in the back. He then replaced the upstairs screen and put on a new latch as the old one was missing. All was done promptly and efficiently and I don't hesitate to recommend them!

Excellent service from start to finish. The lady in the office is extremely nice and friendly and told me up front what to expect in terms of price. Matt was right on time and made good faith effort to see whether my screen doors could be fixed, but they needed to be replaced. The new doors arrived the next week and Matt did a fantastic job installing them. Required a little extra work because the glass door behind the screen door had settled and had to be pushed back and rescrewed in but Matt took care of that, no extra charge or fuss. Would definitely use this provider for any screen needs in the future.

Matt, of Sierra Mobile Screen Service, does on-site installation of screens in windows, doors, etc. He replaced the screen on our rolling screen door in less than an hour, and he lubricated and adjusted the door wheels. Matt arrived on time, was helpful and friendly, and charged a reasonable price. I recommend Sierra Mobile Screens.

They have a mobile truck with everything they need, so they were able to complete to screen replacement all in one visit. They were professional, neat, clean and fast. Sorry this review took so long.

I very much appreciated that he did not just try to upsell me -- but, rather, suggested a less expensive repair that he could not do. Definite points for someone who will give up some money in order to do right by the customer. Pretty rare, in my experience.

I had 2 doors and 2 windows re-screened. I called late on Friday and they called back on Monday. I got the call at 10:30 am with the estimates for the work, confirmation for arrival at 10:35 am for a time between 11:00 - 12:00 pm that same day. Matthew was at my home at 11:00 am and got right to work. Re-screened the 2 doors with tears and 2 windows with tears in them. He was done 1 hour later. My home will now have the ventilation needed for the summer and no bugs can come in. Adjusted the doors to close better and tightened all screws on the door. Very nice screen, can be wiped down. I will use them again.

We bought screens from Sierra Mobile screens last year and have been extremely happy! They even came back for free to service our screens a year later completely for free. I would highly recommend them!

They were wonderful! They were prompt and on time. They had all the materials and did it on-site. They were efficient, thorough, and clean. They were excellent and I've already referred them to someone who used them and they did a wonderful job there too.

Matt was very friendly, punctual, and efficient. He installed roll-away screens that sit flush with the french doors and disappear into the wall, which was exactly what I was looking for. We will more than likely be adding roll-away screens to all the french doors at my house this spring and will definitely be using Sierra Mobile Screen Service for this job!!

My cat had shredded the screen on our door. The technician was very polite and professional. The best thing he did was upgrade the material to a non-shredable screen so the cat can no longer destroy it. I'm happy with the final product.
