Sierra Mobile Screen Service

I have been using Matt to repair my screens for years. I had a feeling a few years ago when he serviced my house with an attitude that there was something up. Since he was my go to guy in the neighborhood I thought I would drop off a couple screens at his house with his wife to get new ones made. I had done this before and it worked great. After dropping off my screen today I got a very irate phone call back from him. He left me a message saying "his 2.5 million dollar house is not a store front to drop off my crap in front of. He's a $1,000 a day guy and he doesn't play with this ******* crap. I'm really passed off and I don't need this ****", he said. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. I would recommend to all to stay clear of this guy.

Matthew is an absolute perfectionist and I’m totally thrilled. Same day service and job excellence. Catherine made all the arrangements and was super responsive. I will recommend them to anyone who needs screen work.

Outstanding! I put this work off as long as I could because I was so frustrated with poor work that had been done just 4 years ago by another "local" vendor. I mean, unless damaged, screens should last a long time, right? No comparison! Thank you Angie's list and other reviewers - based on your input I took another chance (didn't use Angie's last time) No comparison. Horrible!!! from the second Matt walked in he was huffing and puffing about how small the job is etc etc..and how he only does bigger jobs..why even show up then?? does a client really need to hear this?? second- he repaired a screen , and 3 days later the screen already fell apart??? i called him, and he came back to look at it stating the dog dit it?????? theres no dogs in there, nor are they allowed in the guest room..he then just left...terrible service, did not even try to fix it or make things right. hes not a pleasant person to begin with and this was the icing on the cake for me..What a shame..will never use again..........

I've used them multiple times. They have great quality and craftsmanship. They gave me all the options I had. They do a good job with customer service. I would definitely use them again.

I was amazed that so many screens could be custom built and installed in just a morning's work. The sliding screen door had to be created offsite but we made an appointment for it to be installed a few days later and I even received reminder calls. I would absolutely hire Sierra again, and I plan to when I am ready to put in a disappearing screen for my front door.

They were friendly and very responsive. They were able to rearrange their schedule and came and did the work on the same day I called. Matt measured the door carefully and found that the door opening was not quite square. He was able to create a screen that fit well into the space and showed me how I could remove it if I want to. It was a good experience and I would certainly use them again.

Since I had just had the decking repaired and the house painted - the last thing I needed to complete was the replacement of some of the screens for my larger windows that were rusting and tearing apart. Upon my initially call - I was contacted immediately by Catherine (very nice) who wanted to know what I was looking for as far as the project. I told her the size of the windows and she requested that I send pictures for her to see. Catherine and I corresponded between each other for about a week at which time we set up an appointment for Matt to come out and look at the window screens that would need to be replaced. It truly was a mobile service as his truck accomodated replacing the screens right at my home. He measured each one to make sure the size was correct. He also recommended that i go with a lighter gray screen rather than the black - but was up to me. Since he does this as a profession I went with his recommendation and was so pleased with the outcome I asked him to replace the two small screen for the bathroom and the hall that you see when you walk to the front door. Although I replaced the majority of my screens in the home - I did not replace them all - but will definitely call Catherine and Matt to finish.

I had sent pictures and sent dimensions of the oversized windows that needed screens so the price was settled beforehand. Upon arrival, I asked Matt to look at some other screens that looked old and he gave me a diagnosis for each of them (need to replace screen and frame; replace screen only; no need to do anything etc). His price seemed fair and he replaced the screen free for one of the smaller windows as an Angies List bonus! Matt worked quickly and newly installed screens looks great. We are very happy with the results and would definitely use their service again.

Despite a mishap on communications on the first try (my cell phone problem) all of the services provided were on time, within estimate and done in a professional manner. Katherine in there office was very helpful and provided updates on a regular basis. Highly recommend if you need screen door services.

1st appointment-came out and measured 2nd apointment-installed screen door and repaired another poorly installed screen door (2nd) ALWAYS on time!

He was very rushed but did the job, and he talked a lot. The date listed is approximate. The woman who schedules and runs the office was great. Grade is based on service in the field.

It was perfect! Could not be more happy with our screens, the work and professionalism was refreshing. We will be completing the rest of the house soon.

I've used Sierra Mobile Screen before. As like the last time, they are responsive and quickly call to arrange an appt to do the work. I knew I had at least 4 screens needing repairs, but had Matt review all my screens and make recommendations. Some of my screens were originally installed about 20 yrs ago and the corners were breaking and the screens in bad shape. So had 6 screens remade on 4/6. The sun screen is fabulous and not only keeps things from fading, but also serves as a privacy screen during the day. As I live next to a park, I find this very helpful. Matt noticed my terrible screen door and made some recommendations. The existing screen was a Home Depot screen that had warped in the light aluminum and plastic frame, screen was loose and coming apart. Matt recommend a solid aluminum screen door and also recommended the sun screen, as I have cats and the sun screen, not only providing privacy, but also serves as a pet screen. Although this screen door was more expensive than the Home Depot type, it was exactly what I was looking for! I had replaced the previous door enough times to had already paid the more expensive price! So the screen was ordered, and installed 4/21. I'm very happy with the results. Thanks Matt and Katherine!

Called at the last minute and luckily another customer rescheduled, so Matt came by the same day and fixed my broken screens, professionally and very quickly.

Went very well and couldn't be happier with the results. The total time was about 3 hours from start to finish and the completed product makes the home look much nicer. Can't wait to use them when the weather warms up!

I contacted Sierra by Angie's message-option. Catherine in the office meticulously followed my instructions which allowed-for a very smooth and easy transaction. The screen is repaired with great workmanship and the professionalism goes beyond measure. Very outstanding, would DEFINITELY use them again.

This was a difficult job and Matt did not disappoint. Catherine confirmed the appointment 24 hours before and Matt was on time. Due to a difficult site (poor street access and on a steep hill) and windows three stories up, Matt had to take measurements and return a few days later to install. They normally do all the work on-site. Matt was able to get the measurements just right and complete a very difficult install. Needless to say, the screens look great!
